Product/Service Details

Dual Fuel Station 1 LLC is raising capital to build a new CNG (compressed natural gas) fueling station in New York City. This project is estimated to cost 2.6 million dollars, including two year land lease, design and engineering, infrastructure, labor, marketing and sales. Our target market consumes an estimated 170 million gallons of diesel and gasoline/year. This project will capture 3% of its market and provide a 48.5% annualized return over a 15 year period. Project time from initial zoning verification, through final inspection is expected to last between 7-9 months, the station is expected to open Q1 2015.

Joseph Bohm - President

 


Joseph Bohm is currently President of Dual Fuel Corp (DFC) and Dual Fuel Energy Corp (DFEC). Prior to founding DFC, Joseph was a Vice President at Societe Generale Energie Corp responsible for business development of North American natural gas markets across Rockies, West Coast, Southwest and PacNW regions. Prior to Societe Generale, Joseph traded financial markets for 5 years at RBS Sempra and Sempra Energy Trading.


Sam Ritter - CEO

 


Sam Ritter is CEO of Dual Fuel Corp. Prior to joining DFEC, Sam was COO of Plymouth Rock Energy, where he ran all operational departments for a retail energy supplier of natural gas and electricity in the Northeast and Midwest. Prior to Plymouth, Sam worked on the physical natural gas desk at RBS Sempra Commodities where he traded Northeast and Gulf markets to support retail energy suppliers, municipalities and large industrial end users. Prior to RBS Sempra, Sam was the director of supply and risk for Gateway Energy Services, a retail energy supplier serving 250,000 customers in both natural gas and electricity in the Northeast.
