Why DigiSpoke?

Nearly every team or organization engages in some form of process-based work. With DigiSpoke, planning complex marketing campaigns, managing customer on-boarding procedures, and even overseeing hiring steps is a snap.

Many products on the market do a great job of addressing the challenges of work volume.  Ticketing, record management, and decision tree systems typically work well, so why is it still difficult to plan, track, manage, and report on individual tasks in each operational cycle?

DigiSpoke Enables

DigiSpoke does this via:

An easy to use, visual, and responsive interface for building and updating processes

Smart time tracking that predicts task progress, start & end times, and who the right person is for every job.

Notifications that alert project contributors when their tasks are ready to begin, when they need to end to stay on track, and how far they should have progressed

Technology

DigiSpoke’s core IP includes patent-pending technologies that predict work outcomes, resource utilization, and performance. We do this by collecting and analyzing data on individual, team, and organizational behavior (including performance, work types, and styles). In addition, DigiSpoke's intuitive, user-centric design accelerates adoption and proves that enterprise software does not have to be difficult.
