However, the distribution company often replies by asking for a part number rather than asking the customer questions to determine which part is best based on the customer’s specific needs. This is the biggest complaint we get from clients in our industry. They need someone who knows the tooling they use and how to get them the right products.

If the customer calls a manufacturer direct for advice, they will only get recommendations for products that company produces which might not be the best fit. When they call us they have access to a pool of companies to help them be better matched with the right product.

Dynamic Tools employees continuously train on product knowledge from all the manufacturers whose parts they are contracted to sell. We know which manufacturer is good at what, and can offer the best recommendations based on each customer’s specific needs.

Customer Service
Our employees are trained to ask the right questions to understand what the customer is looking for and to fill that need. We also make sure to let the customer know their request is important to us, no matter how big or how small the order is, and help them understand how to most effectively use the product they order.

Product Development and Partnerships
We have secured contracts with hundreds of manufacturers to sell their products and add new lines every month. Our vast array of product lines allows us to pick the right product for our customer every time.

Customer Acceptance
We have developed a very loyal following in our region. About 80-90% of our customers come back to us on a weekly to monthly basis, and 50% come back on a daily basis.

Our goal is to have customers shop only with us. This helps us keep competition out and allows the customer to save time by knowing they only have to make one call to get what they need. Our strategy is very duplicable when we are ready to open shop in another region.

MEET THE TEAM

CHAD BASCLE FOUNDER/PRESIDENT
Chad has spent over a decade in the manufacturing industry and has been on both sides of the table. He ran a machine shop, so he knows manufacturing businesses’ needs as well as anyone. On the distribution side, he has built up two other companies and brought in millions in revenue for these companies.

BEAU LANDRY GENERAL MANAGER
Beau runs the day-to-day operations and inside sales. He is very thorough and organized and keeps our company running smoothly. Beau worked in a machine shop before going into inside sales in industrial distribution. He knows his products and knows how to find what the customer needs.

BRYCE BOURQUE VENDING/LOGISTICS MANAGER
Bryce oversees our integrated accounts and handles orders for our managed inventory site. He also oversees deliveries to make sure they are met in a timely manner and plays a role in inside sales.

RONNIE CENAC DELIVERY DRIVER
Ronnie makes daily deliveries to our customers and everyone loves him!

TAMMY BASCLE BOOKKEEPER
Tammy keeps our accounting straight and makes sure we are on top of all of our financials. She is very thorough with her bookkeeping.
