At our Scooter School, a Motorcycle Safety Foundation-certified Rider Coach will teach you the classroom knowledge and real-world skills necessary for maximum safety and enjoyment of your new scooter. Our Basic Rider Course is required by the state of Texas to get your Motorcycle license and is available at just $200 per person.

In 2008, main co-founder of Electric Avenue, Mark Sze-To bought an electric scooter from Mark Witt, another co-founder of Electric Avenue. The initial ownership experience for Mark S. was extremely beneficial and rewarding considering the inherent cost and environmental values of electric scootering.

After just 2 months, however, the experience became a bit of a nightmare due to the poor quality of the early Chinese-made product. Mark S. and Mark W. decided not to let this bad quality product sour their friendship.

Together, they started Electric Avenue Scooters in 2009 to provide the best quality electric scooters on the U.S. market. Mark is Electric Avenue’s managing director and majority co-owner. He acts as a lead in most all departments including technology, marketing and management.
