• Volunteers can message the organization directly, allowing them to ask questions before booking their trip. No other platform offers direct communication between organizations and volunteers.
• Volunteers pay for their trip on our platform. The money is sent directly to the organization's bank account, anywhere in the world, at lower fees than traditional banks.
• Organizations can follow an easy process to create their listings. They have 100% control of what they offer and need, making it clear for volunteers.

Cancelation Policies: Emisari has put cancelation policies in place to build trust on the platform, by protecting both the volunteers and the organizations.

• Organizations can select the policy they wish to uphold for people who reserve their trips ranging from Flexible to Strict, each giving the volunteer a window of time to cancel their trip and receive a full refund.
• Likewise, the volunteer may be refunded if the organization cancels for certain reasons.

Organizations have a Calendar tool to help them manage incoming volunteers and easily see how many spots they have available in each program.

The Progress tool shows organizations how many volunteers and how much revenue they bring in each month.

The Listings tool allows organizations to manage their programs and make changes when needed.

The Favorites tool allows volunteers to create lists of their favorite programs and the My Trips tool lets volunteers see all upcoming and past trips made.
