GAME FORMAT

Each Flashplays contest includes 8 predictive questions.

TWO WAYS TO ENTER

8-FOR-8
This competition is free to enter and any user who gets all 8 questions correct wins a small cash prize.

1-QUESTION WRONG SCENARIO
Users can redeem 1-question using our virtual currency. Users can only redeem once per contest and the price to redeem increases as the contest goes on. If the gamers get a question wrong in the beginning and redeem, the cost may only be 25 tokens. If the users wait to redeem or get a question wrong later the cost could be 200 tokens.

FRIEND CHALLENGE
Users can challenge friends, with a wagered tokens competition. The competitor with the most questions right or the most points wins the tokens wagered. Less likely answers are rewarded with higher points.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
We have successfully launched both our apps, the direct-to-consumer FlashPlays app, and the white-labeled NFL Dolphins football team themed app. Our Dolphins app is a huge milestone achieved as the Dolphins have   a tremendous existing fan base. Both apps are available on the App Store.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
We are in the process of trademarking our logos and slogans. As we scale, for our AI- based algorithms, we will seek patents.

POSITIVE RECEPTION
Last NFL season, our minimum viable product received 25,000 downloads and 11,000 MAUs with over 6,000 users playing for the Super Bowl alone. We have a 4.9-star rating from 477 ratings on the App Store.

SOCIAL FOOTPRINT
Our Instagram has 2,320 followers.

PARTH VALECHA,
Chief Executive Officer, Business Development

  • An Eagle Scout and Senior BBA at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
  • Passionate entrepreneur since he was 16, he has worked for multiple startups and has received almost $20,000 in grants from Ross for entrepreneurial achievements.

AISHIK LALA,
Chief Operating Officer, User Acquisition & Contest Operations

  • Graduated from NYU 2020 with a major in Business Technology and Management
  • A die hard sports fan who has run two profitable businesses as a capper and a sports card fund manager.

NICO RAMIREZ-ICAZA,
Chief Technology Officer, Develop product

  • Graduated from the University of Michigan 2020 with a Computer Science degree.
  • Found his passion for building in high school. In college, he was a self-starter as he founded U of M’s first quantitative investment fund and a fitness startup before founding FlashPlays.

KATRINA CHEUNG,
Director of Design, Build Product Experience

  • Graduated from the University of Michigan in 2019 with an Industrial Design degree.
  • Innate problem solver and loves learning about the user. She’s built multiple well received products in her time and has found her niche in mobile UX strategy.
