FlowPay Giving Management Payment System™ offers a mobile, onsite, and online giving solution with robust reporting, and an easy to read dashboard for both donors and organizations. FlowPay is PCI compliant and the mobile app does not transmit any financial information.

About the Business and Team

Led by Founder & President R. Wayne Steiger, with over 35 years of business experience and a leading expert on payment technologies and credit card fraud prevention, FlowPay™ has engaged a best-in-class management team.
Steiger previously founded CTS Consulting Group, serving the payment industry with advice, guidance, and training on credit card fraud, payment processes, PCI-DSS compliance, and wireless payment applications. He was formerly CEO of Communication Transaction Solutions, Inc., a software development company that was the first to enable diners to pay at their restaurant table using wireless technologies.

COO, James Jones is a highly accomplished, innovative and visionary executive with over 23 years of leadership and management experience in the private and public sectors.  He was a leader in the financial management of MBNA’s (Bank of America) domestic and international card businesses - overseeing  the financial management of a $12 billion credit card loan portfolio with such groups as the NFL, NASCAR and LL Bean.  Most recently he was the Director of Finance for the City of Wilmington, Delaware, where he directed over 100 employees whose primary responsibilities were to collect and manage over $200 million in annual revenues.

CTO, interim Greg Ballance is a senior software architect and technology leader with over 27 years of experience in building enterprise-class software, providing architectural guidance, technical thought leadership, and direction on innovation opportunities for the master data services team.
