Note 6% Annual Rate of Return, Paid Annually

At 50% Discount from face value 

Maturity Date: 60 months 

Redemption at Maturity – 200% of Purchase Price

The Securities offered are twenty thousand ($20,000.00) Notes issued by the Company at a 50% discount, payable in cash at the time of subscription.  The minimum purchase is one (1) Note. The Notes have an annual rate of return of six (6%) percent simple interest, paid annually, with a maturity date of sixty (60) months from the Commencement Date of each Note.

The Notes offered pursuant to this Private Placement Memorandum will be secured by company assets.

None of the Notes are convertible to Shares, or other types of equity, in the Company. The Principal may be prepaid, at the sole discretion of the Company, without a prepayment penalty. This offering will commence on January 24, 2020, and will terminate no later than December 11, 2020, unless extended by the Company (see “Disclosure document in the document area below”). 

The gross proceeds of the offering will be a minimum of One hundred thousand ($100,000) Dollars and a maximum of Ten Million ($10,000,000) Dollars

Elite Trading Room:  Our clients learn to trade in the FOREX market, view our market analysis, and trade based on what they have learned and what they have considered in our analysis;

Basket Swings: With the basket swings, subscribers have access to our Forex Market research and analysis service, and they have the option to use our trading entries and or analysis. 

Trading Tools:

Smarttrader: We have partnered with SmartTrader, a cloud-based charting Software where clients can connect their broker and trade in the stock market and FOREX market. Clients also can opt for an extra fee to download our in house analysis and view it directly in Smartrader.

ETR Auto: Cloud-Based Trade Copier where international clients for a flat monthly fee can copy our Elite Trading Room and Basket Swings trades automatically.

Equipment

Apple Products: With ongoing Partnership with Apple Inc. We sell Apple products as educational support for our services. 

One of our main problems is we are short of personnel and we are delayed in processing all our client's application. Currently, we have a total of 15,483 pending applications for our FX Capital Investments services, this service closely resembles the elite trading room service with a few changes and there is only 3 secretaries processing application and are creating higher than normal delays.

OPPORTUNITY: After hiring new personnel and processing all our FX Capital investments services pending application with expected gross revenue of $7,064,000 on monthly membership within the next 12 months.

We will use the funding for investing in in-house automation to help process all our pending applications and help with general customer service tasks. Hire 30 full-time employees for our second office in the U.S. Territory of Puerto Rico for customer service.
