We have an operating deal active at one of NYC's premier tech hubs -- an incredible 60K squre foot facility with 400 members. We have our first direct space queued up for Q4 of this year - a 250-member space good for $500K in revenue per year. 100 partners lined up to join our network of professional service providers, with interest in joining coming in from real estate companies (Milstein Properties), recruiting firms (AC Lion), Pearl Cohen (law firm) and Reznick Cohen (accounting firm).

Benji is a nut for all things digital and community. He completed special degrees in digital media at Harvard and NYU, and has been working in the industry for the past 6 years, at NBCUniversal, a startup called Kami and, most recently, as global community director for WeWork. Benji is building Founder’s Bloc because he believes our world’s future will be determined by the dreams of innovators and builders, and the more we can do to empower those innovators and builder, the greater the future will be.
