I work in the medical field and use my hands daily. Jerome J. Fleming, President, knows what hand soreness is. He has been working with his hands as a machinist, mechanic and millwright his entire life, and finally discovered the magic of mixing Epsom salts with herbs. Jerome put his heart and soul in Herbal Soak Swirl and Soothe, using his years of experience to machine all the parts for the prototype, as well as assemble, test and ship them. Jerome leads the team in design, research, finance and daily operations.

Kevin Repper, Patent Attorney, is a lawyer with one of the most respect law firms in the patent industry: Canyon Law. Kevin searches, draws out and files the patents for Herbal Soak Swirl and Sooth.

Pat McCarville and Jim Grimes, Research & Development, have over 60 combined years of experience in product design and development. The dynamic duo have owned and operated their own G.I.D. corporation for 13 years, and use this experience to design Herbal Soak Swirl and Soothe’s molds for production. In addition, they oversee all production, packaging, shipping and warehousing.

Michael Finney, Media Coordinator, is an employee of Mystic Waters Media, a company that specializes in developing content marketing strategies for small business clients. He has over a decade of experience in content development, advertising and marketing in physical and digital media, helping propel Herbal Soak Swirl and Sooth to expand and succeed.
