Cooled drinks are pretty easy to come by. Throw a couple ice cubes in your cup and you’re good to go. But what about the times you’re craving something hot?

Making hot beverages requires a secondary source of energy, like a microwave or a stove or a fire. The active lifestyle of Americans today demand speed and convenience, and most people on-the-go don’t have time to warm up something delicious.

Whether you’re a constant commuter, busy mom, or avid hiker, you know the struggle of finding the time to enjoy something as simple as a hot beverage.

Hot-Can is a line of tasty beverages and soups packaged in a can that gives you a hot drink with a simple shake. The concept is super simple: The Hot-Can has a separate heating chamber that, when activated, produces a reaction that heats up its contents by more than 50°C.

Whenever you’re craving something warm, simply pop the seal on the bottom of the can, shake for 30 seconds, and in three minutes you have a piping hot drink or soup ready for you to enjoy. Our current products include soups, café latte, café mocha, hot cocoa and hot tea.

And because it is designed to be kept at room temperature, it’s the ideal quick lunch or early morning coffee that you can throw in your car, backpack or desk. No time to wait in line at the coffee shop? Grab a Hot-Can latte or coffee and be on your way. Need lunch on-the-go? Pack a Hot-Can and have warm, delicious soup anywhere.

We’ve been progressively gaining attention from thousands of people across the world and crossing milestones that have propelled our efforts over the years:

Hot-Can test sales conducted by Wal-Mart in Alaska have demonstrated that when the product is put in front of consumers it can sell in volumes that are profitable for retailers and distributors.

To date, more than 3 million cans have already been sold across the world.

Crown Cork and Seal, the world’s largest can manufacturer, have developed their own production line for Hot-Cans and have ensured that supplies can be delivered in scale to the world’s largest retailers.

Sales have been steadily increasing at all of the outlets through which Hot-Can is available, including our website, Amazon, and several specialty stores in 36 states across America. In fact, revenue the past two years has averaged $250K.

At the 2012 National Association of Convenience Stores Show, we were voted one of the Top 10 products in the “Cool New Products” area, with many people interested in our technology. We were also featured on the Today Show during a products segment. Sales went through the roof after the episode aired, proving that our product is an item that many people are interested in.

Kenneth Warren Kolb, CEO/CFO

Kenneth is the founder and inventor of the Hot-Can self-heating can packaging product technologies. He has 22 years of experience in starting up and managing companies. Kenneth studied and conducted scientific research under a Nobel Laureate in Medicine before working as Vice President of Product Development and Vice President of Overseas Operations for a U.S. based furniture importer, thus attaining his solid background in product research & development, manufacturing, product development and business development. He holds more than 27 patents worldwide during the course of his career, having successfully commercialized many of these products in the marketplace worldwide.



Jimi Meshulam, Controller
As controller, Jimi is responsible for Hot-Can’s daily operations and distribution in North America.

Pamela Forbes, Inside Sales Coordinator 
At Hot-Can, Pamela is responsible for daily order processing and customer support.
