What's the problem ?

Shopping online is designed to make 2 things relatively easier.

1. Buyers are able to do shopping at the convenience of their handheld devices spending less time running around to do their day to day shopping.

2. Sellers are able to reach more customers on a global scale, and basically sell more.

Unfortunately, that’s not always the case.

1. Statistics show that a large number of online shoppers spend almost 3 days campaigning, checking videos, asking friends, and reading reviews until they build a solid decision to buy the said product, and once they log in online they take up to an hour to check out with their desired product... that’s almost the same as shopping in a mall.

2.That was the buyers issue, the bigger issue though is for the sellers! As you might know There are an average of 18 million online stores available today... yea 18 million.. crazy right?  and the thing is only 110,000 of them are actually “Making notable money” that’s only 0.6% ! if you’re an online business... let’s hope you’re one of those 0.6%.

What is inagrab ?

Inagrab is an online platform, that allows the online seller to maximize his/her sales performance, and the online buyer to optimize his/her decision making process by providing the following:

1. For the seller, a fully functional online dashboard that gives access to a market place to promote the products. The platform also allows the seller to dispatch his products to other more active sales channels (Amazon, ebay, etc.) and also get personal market insight from a friendly bot recommending when and where to promote their products. 

2. For the buyer, inagrab provides a one stop shop application that provides online data relevant to the product they are searching for (News, Books, Videos, Reviews etc.) that will help them make their decision quicker.

Traction & Accomplishments

We have launched a beta of the buyers app last year, and haven't seen alot of traction, so through focus group testing, we were able to determine what we were doing wrong. So we redesigned, and relaunched the app, and we saw amazing week over week traction, and grew to where we are today. 

In fact due to how fast we were growing, we had to bring forward our plan of making the Seller Module of inagrab which was scheduled to happen in the end of 2018 ! Today we have over 35 Online stores Piloting with us, and testing our platform, and we can proudly say we have contributed to increasing the sales performance of a few of them by 8%!

We've since formed a relationship with a globally renown logistics partner to offer logistics solutions to those sellers that have an issue with getting their products abroad, and we continue to grow !

How We're Different

We like to say we provide our sellers with a more personal touch, where we actually recommend to them what to do, and when to do it in the simplest form as opposed to providing them with raw data, and leave them to do the dirty work !

Hussain Haji is the co-founder & CEO of inagrab. He is a serial entrepreneur with over 11 years of experience in business development. Hussain has launched a total of 5 startups (including inagrab) and has had 2 learning experiences and 2 exits. Currently Hussain is focusing on 3 things, the success of his current startup, being an active part of the global startup ecosystem, and supporting as many aspiring entrepreneurs as his schedule sees fit in a mentorship role.
