Mr. White has over 10 years’ experience in clinical diagnostics and pharmaceuticals. His expertise focuses primarily in regulatory approvals, quality systems, health care compliance, DEA accreditation, FDA and CLIA inspections, and business development. Mr. White played a significant role in the development of the company’s business strategy; including the development of pharmacogenetic testing and the AssureSwab product. Prior to forming IHD, Mr. White founded MedSource Pharmaceuticals and served as Vice President of Operations, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs. Mr. White has been responsible for the successful FDA approval MedSource Pharmaceuticals drug formulary and launch to market.

The opportunity to achieve healthy and productive life is a right. This belief propelled me to obtain my B.S. in Biological Science at the University of California Irvine. After graduation, I spent a few years volunteering at different hospitals throughout southern California. With the help of physicians, I worked with non-profit organizations to develop health education programs for the under-served children in violence and poverty-stricken communities. To further advance education, I cofounded Eureka Tutorial! with the aim of providing academic competency to K-12 youths. In 2011, I continued my own education by studying Environmental Epidemiology at Loma Linda University. Currently I am involved in the internal regulatory audits, product research, and the manufacturing of medical devices to detect diseases. With my involvement, we successfully designed and launched new biological products for research and diagnostic purposes throughout the world. I have dedicated my life in the advancement of heathy living. Just as working with physicians and non-profit organizations in promoting health education among children in my younger years, IHD takes a step further by empowering all individuals to take charge of their own health without restriction. Brian Patchett serves as CEO and President of Innovative Health Diagnostics. Brian previously served as Chief Sales Officer and Chief Operations Officer, of Vantage Point Holdings dba West Pacific Medical Laboratory, where he founded the company and grew monthly lab revenue from $0 in May 2010 to $2.8 million dollars monthly by December 2016. Previously, Brian was a senior executive at Westcliff/Health line Laboratory in the early 2000’s. Earlier in his career, he held a key sales and marketing role with Unilab Clinical Laboratory for most of the 1990’S. His success at developing and expanding Clinical Laboratories in the Southern California market is a testament to his blend of market knowledge and business acumen. He is a compelling and charismatic communicator who cares deeply about organizational structure, team development, and company profitability. Most of all, he has a powerful sense of respect for and commitment to our cause in delivering innovation and insight empowering better healthcare decisions.

Dr. Kalantari started her career defining the role of infection with oncogenic human papillomaviruses for the development of cervical dysplasia in conjunction with identifying early molecular markers for progression to carcinoma. This work led her to her Ph.D. degree with excellence from Karolinska Institute in 1999, including 18 publications. Dr. Kalantari has worked extensively with viruses and became proficient with many techniques (e.g. cell culture, transfection, infection, RNA work, PCR, qPCR, RT-PCR, ISH, IS-PCR, IHC, IF, Western, Southern and Northern blotting, DNA and protein microarrays, cloning, etc.).
