Finding the best insurance policy for your car, your home, your health or your life means making numerous calls or browsing different websites to compare prices. This process is tedious and time consuming.

At Instant Insurance Network, we provide consumers with a one-stop "Shopping" experience over the phone without having to contact numerous different carriers that sell only their own company's product. By being able to compare the different insurance policies at one time, we help consumers to make a more informed decision.

Who We Are and What We Do

Instant Insurance Network is a call center based insurance agency that buys real-time leads from the nation’s largest lead aggregators, we then call the consumer within seconds of customers submitting their information online, to attempt to sell them the type of insurance policy they are searching for on the internet.

As an independent agency, we represent numerous insurance companies. We shop by both price and quality of company, and then give the consumer the facts so that they can choose what is most important to them. Our entire model revolves around abandoning the traditional bricks and mortar insurance agency, and creating a direct to consumer model by purchasing internet leads generated when a consumer goes online to shop for insurance. By having all of our agents located in a call center instead of in individual offices, we save an enormous operational expense and instead use those funds to purchase a higher volume of leads. Under our model, an agent sitting in a call center cubicle can generate as much business as an entire bricks and mortar agency staffed by numerous agents.

How We're Different

Currently, there are very few competitors in this space offering what we do exactly. That being the case, our competitive advantages are our speed to contact through the proprietary practices and automation processes we use which creates predictability in revenues. We have a technological advantage due to how we have structured our business model that insures we will get to the client first. We also have a 2 year cost of leads contract which is below all other competitors costs. Lastly, we provide a more complete shopping experience with the number of companies we represent and the types of insurance we sell.

Our team is made up of a number of individuals with strong backgrounds in the insurance industry. They bring extensive experiences in this industry that will ensure the success of the company.

John Baker, President

John has 28 years of insurance industry experience. He has been a retail agent, an MGA, and an insurance company executive as well as an insurance automation services provider. It is John’s experience, relationships & reputation with the various carriers on a national basis that provides the insurance products we sell.

Keith Mahar, VP of Sales

Keith has over 20 years of insurance industry experience, both at the carrier and retail agency level. Keith built a 60 seat direct to consumer call center from the ground up for an Atlanta based insurance company and has complete knowledge of the tools and resources needed to successfully operate a call center agency selling to consumers on a national basis.

Skip Gilleland, VP of Operations

Skip has more than a dozen years in the internet lead industry, and most recently was in charge of lead purchasing and analytical operations for Liberty Mutual’s national call center agency operations based in Lake Mary, Florida. Skip’s knowledge of constructing both an effective lead buying strategy and using the right automation tools for the call center platform are unparalleled in the industry.

Kevin Young, VP of I.T.

Kevin has over 20 years of software development focused exclusively on the insurance industry. He has developed automation products for over 100 insurance carriers and thousands of independent agencies over the years. It is Kevin’s software development expertise that sews the entire operation between the call center agency and the insurance companies into a single seamless delivery platform.
