JustGotThat! is the only open on-demand services marketplace that empowers consumers to make informed decisions by providing the information they need to make confident purchases.  People can find, book, and pay for the services they need, when they need them, all in one place. No more visiting multiple websites to research and book a single service!

Most people struggle with busy schedules. Many tasks like home and auto maintenance, as well as routine pet, health, and beauty appointments, drop to the bottom of the to-do list. Without proper maintenance, our homes, cars, pets, and bodies suffer.

We all know that routine maintenance is cheaper than paying for a massive repair or purchasing a replacement, but it can be difficult to research and book services. Everyone knows the drill. You search Google, call 10 companies, three call back, one doesn’t want the job because it’s too small, one doesn’t have availability for the next four weeks, and the one you pick doesn’t show up. It’s beyond frustrating and you don’t have time for it.

The team at JustGotThat! was tired of this exhausting game of hide and seek for services, so we decided to change it. By streamlining the process of researching and booking services, we make it easier and less time-consuming to maintain your home, car, pet, and health.

Think of JustGotThat! as the Open Table of services. We are an on-demand marketplace for services in the home care, auto care, pet care, health, and beauty industries. JustGotThat! makes it easy to get the services you need, when you need them. In fact, you’re always just five clicks away from booking your service when you use JustGotThat!

Our open, transparent, and competitive marketplace of trusted providers shows the reviews and real-time availability of service providers, saving consumers time and aggravation. Best of all, JustGotThat! is designed for busy lifestyles. Our user-friendly platform is available on the web and for Android and iOS devices.

JustGotThat! helps more than just consumers. We also offer our service partners business management software to help them run their businesses. By providing service providers with great management software, integrated with our marketplace, we empower business owners to optimize their revenue and expand their businesses.

Our team started JustGotThat! with the goal of enabling consumers and service providers to connect in a convenient, timely way. The result is an unparalleled experience for consumers to search and buy the services, while allowing service providers to promote their offerings. JustGotThat! is changing how we source and buy services.

Any consumer can search our platform for the services they need. They can select the services they want based on a number of criteria, including price, value, service description, company profile, ratings, reviews, availability, and proximity. We have everything that a consumer needs to make an informed and confident decision from a list of pre-screened providers.  Our customers are smart, discerning consumers who want the best value for their money.

JustGotThat! directs consumers to book with local businesses that are available for work and can be scheduled around the consumer’s schedule. We feature businesses that have the availability to get the job done, when the customer needs it to be completed.

Our customers get the services they need, while our service partners gain additional revenue.

To make JustGotThat! even more helpful for our customers, we offer the ability to rate and review service providers.  People can even add the best ones to their Favorites List. We also allow users to create and manage a To-Do List to help keep life on track.

JustGotThat! is an early stage growth company that’s led by Founder and CEO, Will O’Brien. After spending over 20 years in the services industry, Will launched JustGotThat! in march 2017 as a way to help service providers optimize their time, while making it easier for consumers to purchase services. Since our launch, we have reached some important milestones.

We onboarded the supply side of the marketplace and launched JustGotThat! and JustGotThat! for Business in March 2017

To date, we have seen 200+ transactions, 4,000+ app downloads, and 2,000+ unique monthly visitors. We have a number of repeat customers, some of which have purchased four times and from different categories.

We started marketing our platform in March 2017. We now have 1,375 Instagram followers, 1,000+ Facebook fans, and 1,100+ newsletter subscribers.

Will’s vision for JustGotThat! is simple; make it easy for people to get the regular maintenance and repair work required for their major assets (home, car, health, pet) and JustGotThat! will have succeeded in extending the life and value of those assets, while driving more revenue to local businesses.  The possibilities for JustGotThat! are truly endless.  Primary use of this raise is to reach GMV of $100K/month.  This is one step in a journey of many steps that include:

Future Revenue Milestones

Where our first milestone is to achieve $100k/month in GMV with a take rate (TR) of between 10 and 15% and an average order value (AOV) > $130, this business requires significant ongoing scale.  This scale is measured on key financial milestones that will require future raises to achieve.  Future milestones are:

  • Achieve $5 million in annual GMV, TR 10-15%, AOV $130, with an acquisition cost of $75
  • Achieve $50 million in annual GMV, TR 10-15%, AOV $130, with an acquisition cost of $50
  • Achieve $100 million in annual GMV, TR 10-15%, AOV $130, with an acquisition cost of $35

Our team plans to make many enhancements to our existing products, particularly the business management software. Long term plans include the creation of the JustGotThat! Hub, a place where people can share items with neighbors, donate to their favorite charities, and get the services they need when they need them.  Users will be able to experience Buy Services, Sharing Items, Donating to Charities all from one central hub.  We understand that these are forward thinking statements and the market, our customers or other influences could change this direction.

Eventually, we will have scale and an intense amount of market data. This data may be our most valuable asset, because it can provide market intelligence, support business decisions, and become the basis for a push marketing capability that links buyer behavior, geo location, and availability.  The ability for us to push deals to willing buyers when service providers need it most is an incredible achievement that we look forward to delivering on.

Will is a serial entrepreneur with a finance and economics background. He began building a Microsoft Partner organization in NYC in the 1990’s, before he returned to Canada to found the Manta Group, a boutique management consulting firm catering to banks, the government, and large publicly traded companies. Will sold the Manta Group to a Chicago firm and exited shortly thereafter to start JustGotThat! His strengths are in sales and marketing, operational design, organizational design, and building team culture.

As a consultant, Will understands the services business and the components that make up a service.  It is with this experience that he is able to shed new light and ideas on how people find, package, deliver and receive services.  The technical design of the JustGotThat! platform considers every facet that makes up a service and the service experience.

His experience and track record founding, building, growing and selling businesses is exceptional.  His first foray into enterpreneurship was the purchase relocation and operation of a lottery booth while at University.  Will and his partner were able to successfully negotiate terms that would allow the two to run the first lottery booth on a university campus.

When a business professor asked Will to do a Marketing Strategy for a US expansion of a technology services company, the wheels were set in motion to relocate to New York.  Leading and growing the New York operations to a $10,000,000 services company, being awarded the Worldwide Partner of the Year award from Microsoft Corporation, culminating in the sale of the company to a publicly traded firm were some of the many highlights of time well spent.

After cutting his teeth in NYC, Will set out on his own venture with the Manta Group.  Designed to tackle the big consultancies at their weakest, IT Operations Management.  The boutique management consulting firm quickly supplanted Deloitte, KPMG, Accenture and more at some of Canada's largest firms.  Established clients included all 5 major banks, Government agencies, Retail, Oil & Gas and insurance companies.  After growing the firm to 40 consultants and surviving a dramatic recession, The Manta Group was sold in 2015 to a Chicago firm.

Will's philosophy is that it takes as much time and energy to think Big as it does to think Small, so might as well think Big.  Excited by the challenges of starting and growing businesses, Will is a perfect candidate to launch JustGotThat! and grow it exponentially.

Shea is a published author who worked at CIBC in the technology group focused on Quality Assurance and Project Management. Shea was born and raised in Toronto. He says he has always had an entrepreneurial fire inside him and that the chance to join JustGotThat! in it’s earlier of stages was a risk, but more an opportunity to solve a problem that consumers are waiting for. “It seems that the cellphone has become one of the most powerful tools in peoples lives. From communication, to sharing our lives, to getting the most up-to-minute news stories, the power of the phone will only grow.” To be a part of the growth in the service industry is something I am excited to be part of.

Prior to joining the JustGotThat! team. Shea worked in technology at CIBC in Toronto, where he was part of the MPSO Project, the bank’s new frontline system. Shea started off in Quality Control before moving over to the Project Management Office. During his time with CIBC, Shea was recognized by President & CEO Gerry McCaughey for his work on Diversity and Inclusion and was given an award from the organizations Ability Network.

In his spare time, Shea loves to write. While finishing his undergrad at York University, he completed his first novel, a self-help book for teenagers. The book was considered a success as copies were sold across Canada and as far as Australia and the UK.
