Kayde Studios is breaking down the barriers that prevent digital content creators and freelancers from crafting their best content by offering affordable studios for rent that come with a comprehensive list of resources.

Our studios are designed to match the diverse needs of our freelancers and include everything from podcast recording and editing equipment, classrooms, dance studios, photography and videography and hair and makeup studios.

We offer multiple membership tiers to ensure that our creators and freelancers pay only for what they need to create their professional content. We also offer a membership networking platform to connect freelancers with the right services for their project.

How We Do It

Kayde Studios offers three tiers of monthly studio service -- Starter, Creator and Illustrator -- which include benefits such as 24-hour studio access, product discounts from our product room and much more.

Members in our Creator and Illustrator tiers receive access to our VIP network of contractor services which includes videography, photography, modeling services and more to help content creators bring their creative vision to life.

Freelancers can contract with Kayde Studios to feature their talents, book gigs and network with other creatives. There are four tiers of contractor membership benefits with each contractor starting out as a recruit.

Gaining Momentum

Kayde Studios is excited to launch our first location in Orlando, Florida in Summer 2021 which includes over 20 studio rooms that are each individually-designed to support almost every kind of content creation.

But we’re not stopping there -- Kayde Studios is in the early stages of planning additional locations in Florida and beyond, with the goal of expanding our studio locations to Denver or Seattle.

Our early support is promising. With only two weeks of advertising via flyers and digital ads, we have amassed over 134 early sign-ups and counting from content creators interested in trying our studio services.

To help our customers get the most out of Kayde Studios, we are developing a website and mobile application for our members to manage their subscriptions, schedules, payments and more.

Gaining Momentum

Founders Kayla Fortich and Kashan Wainwright began Kayde Studios with the first-hand experience of struggling to access the necessary resources for their clothing brand.

After realizing that resources are the most valuable assets to small businesses and freelancers, they set out to open Kayde Studios.

Kayla Fortich, CEO | Kayla brings her background in business and leadership development and a career in the sales and customer satisfaction industries. She has six years of experience developing top-performing sales teams and training classes to assist with maximizing company efficiency.

Kashan Wainwright, President and COO | Kashan’s background includes Industrial and Organizational Psychology.  For 14 years he developed customer service departments and sales teams. He also guided several startups on website development and structural planning.
