Our mission is to provide positive experiences and opportunities through sports and creative play.

Kids in the Game is a sports-based youth development organization offering school programs, summer camps, and sports programs to New York City’s youth. Our vision is to encourage active lifestyles and character-building, to develop the integrity of a generation.

Diverse program offerings, our staffing model, and our B Corp / Hybrid company structure are key strategy pillars for Kids in the Game.

By providing year-round, wide ranging programs, we are able to serve 20,000 youth across all 5 boroughs.

We are able to attract stronger staff than industry competitors due to ‘full time’ opportunities we have year-round and throughout the week.

Our culture of learning and growth has helped retain staff remarkably well.

Our hybrid legal structure allows us to have the highest impact, broadest revenue stream base through both fee-based programs, grants, public contracts, and more.

Kids in the Game solves these issues by providing families with quality, affordable, year-round programs that are equally active and enriching.

Working in all five boroughs of NYC, we are rooted in the neighborhoods and schools we serve.

By providing year-round programs, our kids and families are able to grow up through Kids in the Game programs and build lasting peer to peer and adult relationships.

In the 2019/20 school year we served 40+ schools by providing after-school, recess, and physical education programs.

We host six summer camp locations, and we run three different competitive sports programs reaching north of 20,000 kids in New York City.
