To Support its Trust Mark Claims, KNOCEAN completed a third party test of its Night Cream Moisturizer product compared to a world established luxury product in cosmetics, Creme de la Mer Moisturizer, considered the Gold Standard for cosmetic moisturizers in upscale stores everywhere. The final certified results shown below, where lower scores are better, meaning to achieve 50% inhibition for inflammation, as one example, it takes 10 times the volume of Creme de la Mer versus the smaller amount of the KNOCEAN product to achieve that same inhibition protection. For elastase, it took over 6 times more Creme de la Mer than the KNOCEAN product.

The former Senior Executive of Marketing for Proctor & Gamble Consumer Goods, Mr. Jarvie is also the Former President of Dr. Pepper, CEO of Fidelity Investments in Boston, MA, and CEO of Shenley Industries in Dallas. Mr. Jarvie is a nationally recognized marketing expert in consumer products.
A trusted advisor to companies in food, nutrition, and the aesthetic skin care industries, Mr. Bell has a track record of driving value through novel strategies. He is a leading expert on natural products and their anti-aging applications in consumer markets. Mr. Bell helped commercialize the ORAC5.0 antioxidant testing at Brunswick Labs and also the Trust Mark Certificates now provided by International Chemistry Testing Labs.
Mr. Glantz also serves as Principal of the D.I. Biological Services consulting firm, and is the world's leading professional marine biologist specializing in macro algae. He also co-authored "The Amber Forest: Beauty and Biology of California's Submarine Forests," the definitive work on Giant Kelp.

Jim Skinner is the retired Vice Chairman of Neiman Marcus Group (NMG), a $5 billion luxury fashion retailer. Jim had also served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for NMG. Jim led the process for both the 2005 $4.8 billion public to private sale and the 2013 dual tract process that led to the private-to- private $6.3 billion sale of NMG. Jim has also led numerous acquisition teams, including most recently the 2014 NMG acquisition of Munich-based fashion ecommerce retailer, myTheresa.

With over 30 years of progressive senior level management experience in a corporate retail, manufacturing and distribution environment in prestige cosmetics.
Ms. Kaplan has been operating recently as a consultant in Beauty in Houston, Texas advising clients in Product Development, Packaging, Sourcing, Managing production with labs, and packaging suppliers. She was previously V.P. of Business Development for Chemaid Labs, a branded third party formulator and manufacturer of branded customized skin care, body and bath, hair care, fragrance ancillaries and men’s shave products. As V.P. of PCCA, Houston, TX, she launched Rx Skin Therapy, a pharmacist created anti-aging skin care line into 300 doors nationwide.
In the industry she was well known as Senior Vice President of Gurwitch Products, Houston, TX which owns Laura Mercier Cosmetics (www.lauramercier.com) and Revive Skincare, a $200 Million luxury brand, both brands distributed to over 1000 doors worldwide. She has also been for Neiman Marcus, V.P. Divisional Merchandise Manager.
Ms. Renee McBride - Senior VP / Operations and Logistics
Renee has over 35 years of retail, manufacturing and operations management experience. For ten years, Ms. Mcbride was the Senior Vice President Operations at Gurwitch Products-Laura Mercier-Revive, just recently acquired by Shiseido, the Japanese cosmetic conglomerate. She directly managed all distribution from the on-site warehouse until distribution was moved to an Amway facility. During her tenure at Gurwitch Products, she also directed the Divisional VP’s of Project Management. Packaging, Sourcing, Retail Planning, Order Management, Sales Services, Forecasting, Demand Planning and RSI. After leaving Gurwitch Products, she joined a small start-up company, Rx Skin Therapy, as the National Sales Executive to assist them in adding channels of distribution. Recently, Ms. Mcbride consulted with a new start-up company, Drunk Elephant, to direct all operations for launching the line in Sephora.

Marc has served as President of ChemAid Laboratories, Inc. of Saddle Brook, N.J. ChemAid has been a leading supplier of contract product formulation, manufacturing and packaging services for specialty and prestige health and beauty care product companies since 1971.
Mr. Reiner had been with ChemAid for over 18 years and served its Vice President. In this role, Mr. Reiner focused on transforming Chemaid Laboratories into the premier high-end contract manufacturer for the cosmetics industry. The Company is a leading contract manufacturer of specialty hair care, skin care and bath and body treatment products, and was formerly controlled by Wellspring Capital Management. In January 2015, KDC (The Knowlton Development Corporation), a leading contract manufacturer of health and beauty-care products headquartered in Knowlton, Québec, announced the acquisition of ChemAid Laboratories.
