Legal Innovators is an Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP) that is innovating talent management for junior legal resources in Big Law.

We focus on junior talent to create a strong pipeline in each of these areas. We solve many of the challenges in the legal industry by focusing on junior legal talent. And we reduce the price point for the junior associate talent pool.

This will provide:

The attorneys are evaluated regularly and the firm/legal department has the option to extend their contract for an additional year. While the attorney is placed at a firm/legal department, they receive continued training and mentoring through Legal Innovators.

The objective is that the firm/legal department has an extended look at an attorney's skill-set, growth, cultural fit to de-risk the hiring process. The firm/legal department has the option to hire this attorney directly (for a fee to Legal Innovators) at any point during the contract.

We are also starting to offer our in-house training program to outside law firms and corporate legal departments. This will represent additional revenue for us.

Bryan Parker | CEO

• Runs the day-to-day operations of Legal Innovators, including leading client acquisition
• He understands the challenges of running corporate law practices and law firms
• Previously served as the GM of a $1BN division of a public company, and CEO / COO of venture- and private equity-backed businesses, respectively, and has a background in investment banking

Jonathan Greenblatt | Chairman

• Chairs the Board of Legal Innovators
• Drives client acquisition and retention in conjunction with our CEO, as well as assisting with the development of new services and develops strategy for the company
• He also developed the training and mentoring program
