LeggUP is a global, interactive platform designed to provide large enterprises with consistent, easy access to accredited career coaching, and associated aggregate data,  for their non-executive staff.

As a benefits-channel provider, LeggUP is already servicing 226 large enterprise employers, providing custom, on-demand coaching and skills development for 5.4 million employees in a variety of fields, and meticulously tracking it all.

Skills training is part of any career plan designed to attract and retain top-quality employees.

As other
benefits dwindle, or are eclipsed by technology, solid career development training remains the bedrock upon which long-term employee development is built.

Despite this, accessing quality coaching for non-executive employees, is both time-intensive, and inconsistent. Most coaches operate as sole proprietors or small consultancies, lacking the scalability to serve large enterprises or global markets.

The result is a fragmented market, where coaches can’t engage clients, and where corporate HR can’t spare the time required to build the stable of providers required to ensure coverture of all employees’ coaching benefit desires.

The LeggUP model is that of “benefit brokers,” and intermediary companies that provide set schedules of benefits for all employees of enterprises which subscribe.

In recent years, wholesale brokers for different benefit services have proliferated. Modern benefit brokers provide a wide range of employee-retaining products, including:

As development opportunities have become the most asked-for employee benefit, coaches need to interface directly with LeggUP in order to access the ever-growing large-enterprise market.

Most coaches are either sole proprietors or small consultancies, lacking the scale required to contract individually with large enterprises servicing millions of diverse employees.

LeggUP bundles these many disparate, boutique providers together on a single platform.

LeggUP was founded by working executives CEO Tom Finn and COO Viktor Bullain, who both discovered huge difficulties provisioning much-desired employee development coaching for their existing large enterprises.

Tom is a graduate of The University of Arizona’s Eller College of Business. As Vice President of Aetna’s Public and Labor Division, he grew their Western U.S. Markets from 100,000 to 550,000 covered employees, increasing annual revenue for the division 1300%.

Viktor is an operations luminary cited by Engineering News Record Magazine in 2011 as one of the top 20 engineering leaders under 40. He Mastered in Architecture at the Technical University of Budapest, and co-founded Vico Software Inc., which was acquired by Trimble (NASDAQ: TRMB) in 2012

Both hold MBA’s from The University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
