Image analysis models are dynamically chained, extracting and scoring tangibles and intangibles in photos. How spacious is the master bedroom? Does the kitchen need to be renovated? What is the property’s curb appeal? etc. 

Personalized Matching Algorithm
Correlates user preferences and priorities with deeply enriched, analysed properties, on both tangibles and intangibles, yielding highly personalized matches. Depending on available inventory, the algorithm knows to find interesting opportunities even outside the set criteria.  

Intent Scoring
Fusing together detailed, highly granular, information collected on user behavior, activity and preferences, with observed trends, to evaluate a user’s change in intent level over time.
