Lydian Dental Mobile Holdings, LLC (“Lydian Dental”) is an innovative dental model bringing beautifully designed mobile dental clinics to large employers across the country. The mobile dentistry model is disrupting the dental industry by providing onsite dental services to large employers, thereby reaching a larger patient base and lowering the overall healthcare costs of the employers.

Utilizing some of the country’s top design and manufacturing firms, we have built 2 mobile clinics to date that are modern, spacious, and replicate the feel of a high-end brick-and-mortar clinic.  Our clinics provide a comprehensive array of procedures including same-day crowns, fillings, cleanings, x-rays, root canals, Invisalign, and more.

To facilitate its growth, Lydian Dental has entered into a letter of intent to acquire New Avenue Dentistry (“New Avenue”) from Dr. Michael Fooshee. New Avenue is a mobile dental platform in DFW with a large base of committed employer customers and a nearly 3-year track record of success. Following the acquisition of New Avenue, Dr. Fooshee will serve as the CEO of Lydian Dental.


Principles from Argenta Partners are investing in and facilitating a capital raise by Argenta Lydian Mobile Holdings, LLC for an investment to capitalize Lydian Dental. The proceeds of the capital raise will be used to acquire New Avenue, fund the construction of current and future mobile units and support the corporate infrastructure of Lydian Dental.

Overwhelming Problem

More than half of Americans do not visit a dentist on a regular basis. One of the leading reasons that people do not see the dentist is because of a lack of convenience.

Not visiting the dentist can not only lead to poor oral health, but to many systemic health problems such as increased risk of diabetes, heart disease, and cancer.  Poor oral health is not only bad for consumers but for employers as well.  Employees with dental disease cause their companies to have higher medical costs and decreased productivity.

Strong DFW Foundation

Lydian Dental intends to acquire New Avenue Dentistry, a mobile dental business with nearly 3 years of profitable operating history serving large companies in the DFW area.  New Avenue has agreements in place to service approximately 50,000 employees in the DFW market.  Given that New Avenue currently has one mobile clinic, which can only serve approximately 10,000 employees, we believe there is significant excess demand for more mobile clinics to serve these customers.

In order to serve this excess demand, Lydian Dental intends to use the proceeds of this offering to deliver two brand-new mobile clinics to serve two major DFW employers with a combined total of 18,000 employees.  In addition to these 2 new clinics, we plan to roll out multiple additional mobile clinics in the DFW market later this year and to deliver a new unit to Phoenix, AZ as part of our partnership with a major dental insurer.

Lydian Dental’s mobile clinics offer a comprehensive array of dental services including same-day crowns, fillings, cleanings, x-rays, extractions, root canals, veneers, and Invisalign. Many competing mobile clinic models only offer hygiene services or very limited restorative (i.e., doctor performed) procedures.

Lydian Dental is a doctor-led organization that maintains a doctor-centric culture, which is a critical element in allowing it to attract and retain the best providers.

Lydian Dental’s management team possesses more than 3 decades of experience operating and scaling various dental models.

Chief Executive Officer

  • Founded New Avenue Dentistry in 2017 in DFW market
  • Has more than a decade of experience working in a wide range of dental business models including fee‐for‐service private practices, insurance-driven corporate dental models, and large fee‐for‐service multi‐doctor private practices
  • Built and operated multiple designs of mobile clinics and tested multiple staffing models in order to determine the most optimal delivery model for mobile dental care
  • Graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry

Azar Zaidi
Chief Operations Officer

  • More than 17 years experience in the dental and retail healthcare industries
  • Founded Turn Around Management Group to advise independent private dental practices
  • Served as Managing Partner at The Levin Group, a national dental practice consulting firm
  • Worked for 5 years at Pacific Dental Services where he helped lead the market development and specialties division
  • Regularly advises private equity firms on transactions within the dental service organization industry
  • Graduate of the University of Texas at Austin (BS and MBA)

Clayton Nylander

  • Co-founder of Lydian Dental 
  • More than 5 years of operations and management experience within the dental industry
  • Previously a consultant at Bain & Co. where he worked extensively within the firm's Private Equity Group, performing due diligence on private equity transactions and advising on various M&A transactions
  • Extensive operational experience leading companies through performance improvement and strategy transformation projects
