Our efforts to achieve this mandate is multi-faceted; Officers are compensated at a higher hourly rate, than the average. This provides the Officers with an incentive, most have not previously been provided. This does reduce our profit on an individual basis because our prices to you remain competitive. The advantages of this business model are evident in our Officers approach and demeanor to each assignment. The owners of MPS are actively involved in the daily operations and all Security Officers working on our client’s properties. One of the methods used by our organization, is for the owners to not only visit your property, but to periodically be working the property with the officers assigned. This is in addition to the monthly / bi-monthly Security Audits performed by Senior Management.
