MYCARE ALLIANCE: FAST FACTS

Aging at Home affordably, that is the American dream, but rising cost and a shortage of service providers threatens that dream for all of us.

MyCare Alliance is a movement of like-minded senior service providers who are passionate about providing solutions and opportunities to make sure that essential support services are available in every community.

Our mission is to empower senior services providers with the tools they need to lower their costs, improve sustainability of services and enhance the experience of aging at home.

GROWING PROBLEM

The population of seniors who need services at home is outpacing the supply of caregivers in the workforce.

In fact, by 2040, it is expected that there will be a shortage of more than 13 million caregivers!

Consequently, costs are rising as demand exceeds supply.

It's now time for the model must change.

In other industries, similar environmental realities have resulted in the consolidation of smaller companies into large conglomerates that are able to drive down costs with economies of scale and standardized products and processes.

JOIN THE MOVEMENT
ONE INCREDIBLE SOLUTION

MyCare Alliance does not believe that consolidating smaller organizations into large impersonal conglomerates is the solution. We do believe in empowering smaller locally owned providers to be fiscally sustainable so they can continue to provide highly personalized and innovative programs in their own communities.

MyCare Alliance will bring together like-minded service providers as “Allies” who know, understand and care deeply about the seniors they serve.

Our value proposition to our customer “Allies”  is to provide a blend of service and technology solutions to maintain standards and quality while lowering their cost so they can overcome the growing challenges faced by the industry.

Our value proposition to society, is to promote the growth and sustainability of personalized, high-quality aging support services in their community.

BRILLIANT FROM DAY ONE

iHealthHome (iHH), a co-founder of the Alliance, is a comprehensive cloud-based mobile platform that is already in use by care management and private home care organizations in 20 states and growing.

The iHH platform already comprises much of the functionality needed by the Alliance and will serve as the foundation for building and integrating with third parties to create quickly the single, comprehensive system of technologies to support the vision of the Alliance.

The other Alliance co-founders are all customers of iHH and are senior care services providers with operations in 9 states and combined revenue in excess of $20,000,000 annually.

The all-women leaders of these co-founders have decades of operating experience and the Alliance is bringing together their shared expertise and best practices to create a best in class technology platform that is more than a just a technology stack.  It will be an integrated system of workflows and processes.

INNOVATION ACCELERATOR

Housed within many senior care organizations are pockets of innovative programs and services. Organizations would like to share their program with others but they have no bandwidth, expertise, or resources to scale and monetize their idea.

Consequently, they stay the best kept secrets in the industry with only a few seniors benefiting.
