A SMARTER RECOVERY
NEUROVINE: FAST FACTS

As an "invisible injury," few people realize the long-term problems that can arise from a concussion. Concussion symptoms can plague patients for months or even years, delaying return to work, sports and school. Targeted therapy can speed concussion recovery and prevent devastating secondary impact syndrome. The problem is that this type of therapy is expensive and difficult to access for most patients.

Neurovine is redefining concussion treatment as the only company to use real-time neurophysiological data to guide concussion recovery. The Neurovine technology platform enables virtual care for this vulnerable patient population. We engage patients in their brain health and provide important metrics to clinicians so they can make informed medical decisions related to recovery and return to play.

A SMARTER RECOVERY
ENORMOUS PROBLEM
Many are affected - few see results

Research has shown the importance of physical and cognitive activity and targeted therapy post-concussion. On the flip side, overexertion or generic therapies may cause recovery regression.

This is a serious problem—there is currently no way for a patient to know how to be cognitively active without overexerting and causing further damage. This contradiction leaves patients and doctors to rely on symptoms and subjective assessments that do not improve health.

Given the current climate created by COVID-19, people feel more isolated than ever in their recovery process. By being unable to access in-person care and by being cut off from support communities, it may feel as if there is nowhere to turn.

A SMARTER RECOVERY
ONE SOLUTION THAT CHANGES EVERYTHING

Neurovine solves these problems by being the only innovator to use real-time neurophysiological data to guide concussion recovery remotely, engaging patients in their brain health. Neurovine provides important metrics to clinicians so they can make informed medical decisions related to recovery and return to normalcy as soon as possible. We built Neurovine from the ground up to offer a new and exciting way to support concussion recovery. Some of our key advantages include:

Proprietary EEG Sensorband

Cloud-based data analytics

the ‘Navigator’ patient mobile application

Clinician web portal

Virtual patient management

Best of all, our work is already complete—we have built, validated and patented the EEG hardware design, the mobile app, the data analytics, and underlying structure of the clinician web portal. Thus, the purpose of this raise is to prepare for sales. We need to increase manufacturing capacity, complete our regulatory work, and refine and validate our clinician web portal.

A SMARTER RECOVERY
WHY WE'LL LEAD

We proudly designed Neurovine to support patients’ mental and physical recovery as they return to school, work, sports, and life in general. Our technology platform has been shown to speed concussion recovery, saving money for patients and payors alike.

The technology platform will also provide doctors with the ability to make data-driven decisions to help speed concussion recovery. The secure clinician web portal will provide physicians with real-time data insights that have been unavailable to them until now and derive data from their patients’ brain activity. It will be an invaluable decision-support tool, enabling physicians to provide guidance and create treatment programs based on this data.

TRACTION & ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Early Success
We have 26 partner clinics currently using our solution with their patients. So far we have logged over 3,000 concussion recovery sessions and user feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. We are on track to add 40 additional clinics in Q1 2022.

Partnerships
In addition to our 26 partner clinics, we have a partnership agreement with ONE9 Investments to work with us in the military/defense industry. We have also had preliminary meetings with Bauer about a manufacturing partnership and with Telus about EMR integration.

Scientifically Recognized
We have had abstracts accepted for presentation at multiple concussion conferences. We have a large scale RCT that will demonstrate the efficacy of the Neurovine solution for insurance payers.
