It was born not merely in the head of an entrepreneur but in the hands of experienced, hardworking individuals who communicated with more than 100 owners, plant managers and operators in manufacturing. This allowed us to build Notiphy into the solution it is today -- a solution that actually came directly from their needs.

Unfortunately, Industry 4.0 solutions are not focused on People. However, as technology advances, the demands on People will inevitably grow.

In addition, People (Workers, Managers and Operators) typically can't connect with each other. Companies are not creating people-centric cultures to attract and retain People.

To make matters worse, more than 98% of accidents are caused by People. As if that weren't enough, small to mid-market manufacturers still have high incident rates.

A big part of the problem is that today's companies are primarily trying to solve (unsuccessfully!) these issues by using People to communicate 1:1. The rest is handled with paper checklists and sign-off sheets, which offers no evidence that People actually reviewed the information.

Notiphy can exist throughout the entire workflow and allows managers to push processes, task lists, content to each Workstation - not just the Worker.  Management can then combine those Workstations into a single project, job or order.  This allows People to perform better and safer but allows management to get valuable data on entire jobs (not only individual Workers), replace paper job travelers, reduce costs and achieve quick gains in productivity.

Our product is complete, and we continue to add new applications! 

We have already established five pilots (which are going on now) with a few more to come. Pilots will run through the end of the year.

By increasing productivity, providing information to the Workstations, allowing workers to communicate, reducing the use and need for paper and putting those documents online so that comprehensive reports can be run, we're confident that pilot participants will want to continue using Notiphy.

We are working to finalize some sales partnerships. However, it cannot be understated that our relationship with ConneXion (whose owners are co-founders in Notiphy) is significant, as they have sales distribution relationships all over the country.
