Simply put, we are mining substantial gold from underwater on the Ocean at Nome, Alaska.

I am seeking funds to basically Up-Grade our equipment & plants so our underwater excavtion quantities will be increased from 30 cubic yards per hour to some 100-150 yards per hour on each of our three [3] Jack-Up Rigs.

There is an amazing amount of gold in the Ocean bottom materials and we have recovered over 10,000 troy ounces of placer gold in the last three [3] seasons from our Bulk Testing/Recovery operations.

Up-grading will facilitate increasing our seasonal gold production from 4,000 troy ounces to approx., 12-15,000 troy ounces this season and beyond.

 We mine and sell Gold in it's raw unrefined form , known as Placer Gold, which we usually sell to one of three large refiners. Funders can receive raw placer gold as well as future discounted pricing to purchase additional amounts of raw placer gold recovered from under the Ocean.

 We are a very expierenced team....We have put together "AAA" Executive Management and Operational Team.  

Jeff Keener (Senior Geologist) -- A graduate of the University of Alaska, Jeff is one of the sought after Geologist in gold placer mining. Whether the project is in Alaska, Africa, North or South America, Jeff is the expert that placer mine owners seek to help them create their strategies for success. He is on the very short list of geologists able to find deposits where others felt no gold existed. He is currently our Director of Exploration, and we are very glad to have him on our team. 

 Neil Fraser (Senior Geologist) -- Neil brings a wealth of offshore mining experience to the project. Formerly, he was a Project Manager of the DeBeers/AngloGold Ashanti Nome Joint Venture. This project gave him the familiarity he now has with mining in the Bering Sea. His knowledge has been invaluable. 

 Gary  (Geologist/Engineer) -- Gary is an engineer with experience in the Heavy Marine mining industry as both a consultant and contractor. Gary has helped create the strategic plan to ensure longevity of the project. We expect Gary to continue the good work he has done in helping Phoenix Offshore Mining become the number one gold mining operation in Nome and the Upper Seward Peninsula.

 Kerwin Krause (Consultant/Geologist) -- Kerwin has been a substantial resource to us through his knowledge and expierence in working with the various Governmental Agencies due to his previous Excutive position with the Alaska Department of Natural Resources. He has helped us navigate the bureaucratic landscape so that our company can be fully compliant as we have successfully moved  this project forward and as we will for decades to come.

John Keeley (President/CEO) -- John has built one of the most successful and innovative marine and underwater construction firms the New York City Tri-State area.

The company has experience in accomplishing difficult above and below water rehabilitation of marine facilities. This reputation for high quality workmanship begins with the vision of John, who believes in people and relationships first and business second. John has parlayed his knowledge of underwater construction, barges, and marine experience into his work as an offshore miner in Alaska. In an area not very hospitable to most hard rock miners, John has thrived. He has successfully had 3 seasons of mining production on tghe Ocean in Nome, Alaska and will continue to build on what tremendous Marine Equipment & Infrastructure resources that has already put in place.
