Alfred Dilamani - President/Founder/CEO
A true entrepreneur in his heart, Alfred has built several successful businesses during his 33-year career. Most recently, he has taken his vision and brought together a team of accomplished experts to create a family of ground-breaking niche bicarbonate effervescent over-the-counter vitamin supplements – all under the PRUSA umbrella. Over the past five years, he financed and led the development of 11 supplement product concepts. He took two of these concepts JetRyte, being one them, to formulation completion and started marketing JetRyte in May 2014. Prior to PRUSA, he founded several textile businesses. In the late 1990s, he owned and ran a leading textile imports and delivery/distribution business in the U.S. He had founded that business in early 1980s with his $3,000 of college-years savings. Alfred loves watching sports, likes to bike ride and play tennis with his younger son. Alfred’s passion is to network with people. He is well connected politically with a few Members of Congress and NY State Legislators from both parties. Alfred holds an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California Berkeley, 1981. Alfred is married for over thirty years and has two sons and two grandchildren. 

Richard Lewis - President/CMO
Richard W. Lewis specializes in branding and marketing strategy and is an author and professor. He was the Worldwide Managing Director at TBWA/Chiat/Day on Absolut Vodka, responsible for strategy, marketing and creative on a global scale. He is the author of the NY Times bestselling "ABSOLUT BOOK". Richard teaches an Honors course he developed, “Branding: People Places and Things.” This course was the launch pad for his newest book, “Why Hire Jennifer? How to Get Your First Job, Last Job, and Every Job in Between".

Phyllis Dealy - Marketing Partner
Phyllis began constructing a traditional advertising career as an Account Executive at Leo Burnett in Chicago. She spent the next 10 years deconstructing it, producing more than 100 ad, interactive and direct response campaigns in everything but traditional channels. In 1994, she worked with Hewlett-Packard to develop and expand their web presence. In love with the web and its potential, she moved on to iXL to lead strategy and project teams on digital marketing programs for Budget, BMG, Boston Coach, Limited Brands and Kodak. She has spent the last five years as an independent consultant developing successful intergrated marketing programs for Chivas, The Glenlivet, Wild Turkey, Jacob Creek Wines, D&B, Hoover, JetBlue and Grand Central Terminal. Phyllis and her husband Chris have four sons.

Aleksey Krylov - CFA/Partner
Mr. Krylov is a private equity and banking professional with 13 years of M&A execution experience in advisory and principal roles. At Ftera Advisors, he works with private companies on creating short and long term value through structuring creative financing or business acquisition/divestiture solutions. He also works with his clients on select business development initiatives that allow companies to identify and execute on opportunities which create quantum increases in companies’ valuations. Prior to founding Ftera Advisors, Mr. Krylov was a Vice President with the merchant bank CiG Group in Moscow, Russia. There he was responsible for the origination and execution of advisory M&A and capital raising transactions. Mr. Krylov covered middle market companies in the consumer products and services, technology and digital media industries in Russia, Central Asia and Eastern Europe. Prior to CiG, Mr. Krylov worked as a private equity professional for an ultra-high net worth family office in New York. As a senior investment analyst, he was responsible for managing several hundred million dollars in minority and control investments across a portfolio of consumer products and technology firms in the U.S. and Europe. He was also responsible for sourcing, evaluating, structuring and executing new private equity investments. Mr. Krylov started his career at SG Cowen (a subsidiary of Société Générale) in New York, where he worked in the Equity Private Placements group. During his tenure at SG Cowen, he was instrumental in closing 46 transactions, which raised $1.3 billion in capital for the firm’s clients. Mr. Krylov holds an MBA with honors from Columbia Business School and a BS in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from Babson College. Mr. Krylov is also a CFA charter holder.

Ron Timmerman - Partner
Ron Timmerman has over 23 years business experience serving the Consumer Packaged Goods and Pharmaceutical industries with the last 15 years being held at senior executive levels with Expense Reduction Analysts, Cardinal Health, The Nielsen Company and ImpactRx. Mr. Timmerman has experience in all phases of information services, operations and general management. Currently he is a Managing Director and an equity partner in Expense Reduction Analysts (ERA), the world’s premier cost containment company with operations in 31 countries. Prior to ERA, he was Executive Vice President & General Manager in Cardinal Health’s Strategic Healthcare Solutions division, managing their largest business unit. Strategic Healthcare Solutions supported the Pharmaceutical industry through strategic brand management, physician event planning, physician KOL contracting and grant management. Mr. Timmerman’s responsibilities included business development, sales, operations, client service, human resources and P&L management. Prior to Cardinal Health, Mr. Timmerman served as Executive Vice President, Operations at ImpactRx responsible for overseeing the development and execution of the company’s Panel Operations and Development functions including application engineering, information technology, physician services, product delivery and providing the executive chair to the physician advisory board. ImpactRx is a pioneer in tracking, evaluating, and reporting the effect of pharmaceutical promotional activities on physician prescribing behavior by providing research solutions to Pharmaceutical clients’ marketing and sales strategies. Mr. Timmerman is a previous employee of The Nielsen Company holding numerous executive-level positions, including Vice President, Healthcare, Vice President Panel Operations and Vice President, Global Consumer Marketing.
