Pinnacle is a Clinically Integrated Network providing value-based contracting solutions and services to independent physician-owned groups.

Clinically integrated networks allow independent groups to provide higher quality care at a lower cost by not having the same antitrust issues that exist outside of these networks.

As part of a clinically integrated network, independent groups can benefit from shared resources, larger system services, and jointly contract for value. They can also access system-wide data and analytics thanks to an in-house developed, centralized electronic platform with HIPAA HITRUST compliance. Each organization can also maintain their cultural and financial independence.

Our networks are comprised of multiple medical specialties, with primary care being the center of care delivery.

Jason Haugen
PRESIDENT AND CEO
Jason has worked with physicians and clinics in Alaska since 2010. He is recognized for being an innovative and strategic executive with 28 years of experience in new ventures, financial management, planning, operations and produce development.

Suzanne McKinney
CONTROLLER
Suzanne has a wide array of experience in a variety of health care settings including physician practices, hospitals, home health, hospice, skilled nursing and home infusion pharmacy.

Chad Smith, PhD
DATA SCIENTIST
Chad has 26 years of professional experience in various leadership positions in the Department of Defense, as well as in corporate settings, and has led numerous data science projects resulting in significant cost savings, prioritizing patient needs, and process redesigns.

Todd Leroux, PhD
DATA SCIENTIST
Todd has over 10 years of professional experience from serving in various leadership positions in the Department of Defense and 7 years experience in leading large-scale data science projects.

Leigh Ann Woodard
QUALITY AND EHR MSO DIRECTOR
Leigh Ann has over 10 years health care administration in outpatient pediatrics. She has navigated practices through practice transformation to Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and successfully integrated behavioral health into the primary care setting. Leigh Ann also works closely with practices to optimize EHR workflows for quality improvement and clinical outcomes

Cindy Alkire, RN
CARE MANAGEMENT, CLINICAL AND OPERATIONS LEAD
Cindy has been the administrator for a number of women’s and family clinics in her career, having done everything from complete turn arounds to building practices from the ground up.
