How It Works
Our software is a restaurant POS application which handles ordering, menu setup/pricing/toppings, delivery service with mapping, table service, credit/debit/gift cards and more. Our application is unique because there is a huge POS market that is dominated by PCs. We provide a Mac based system that takes industry standard restaurant POS features and puts a Mac twist on them. It's easy to use, and has a very modern feel to it that you don't get with the PC.
Why Buy / How We're Different
The target market for this is anyone who owns a bar, restaurant, pizzeria, sushi bar, or basically any other eating/drinking establishment. The Mac/Apple users within that group are going to have an even bigger interest in what we're doing. In the US and Canada, this is approximately 750,000 businesses. The number of people who would prefer a Mac over a PC has gone from 10% just ten years ago to 50% today.
History, Traction, & Why We're Raising
We've been developing and testing the product for two years. We have a first version that we are happy with and are ready to take it to market on a larger scale. We need funding to cover expenses of the launch (promotion, advertising, SEO, etc) to get us to the next level and continue the development of the software.
