Despite the 10 million monthly searches looking for services in the United States, the established marketplace platforms only receive 5% of their traffic from branded searches. Given that in the consumer goods market gets 20-30% branded traffic, there is a big opportunity to capitalize off of internet search (e.g. Google) through a SEO focus.

We’ve spared no expense when it comes to our SEO strategy.  Using a complex process, we’ve launched millions of search-optimized pages covering 100’s of services for 1000’s of cities - resulting in 5M projected monthly Google impressions of those page links from organic search only.

This creates more available gigs for freelancers and a larger pool of qualified candidates for gig posters. That’s when our use of Quigs steps in to create more connections, by helping to minimize spam gigs and maximize transaction efficiency & security.

The 14-person QuiGig team is led by Founder & CEO Emad Mousavi.  During his time as Co-Founder of on-demand delivery service Delivery Fleet, was inspired by the pain from both sides that an established end-to-end solution is causing on the gig economy.

Emad, a data scientist by trade, earned his Ph.D. from Texas A&M in 2013.  In addition to his time with QuiGig, he possesses 12 years of experience in oil & gas, IT, and other top industries.  He leads from the top with support from these talented individuals:

Anil Kumar | Lead Developer | Got his start as a .net developer for an F500 oil company and then went on to serve in other top roles.  Has 7 years total in web and mobile product development leadership, which are his main responsibilities for us.

Cliff Sarcona | SEO Strategist | Has become an SEO and digital marketing guru during his 10 years in the field.  His company, Zero Limit Web, is one of the top SEO consulting firms in LA - and he serves as a tremendous asset in that arena for us at QuiGig.

Tai Bonilla | Digital Marketing Strategist | Tai is an experienced and certified Digital Marketer with a demonstrated history of working in the marketing and advertising industries. She has over a decade worth of professional experience, and is skilled in all aspects of Digital Marketing, focusing mainly on Content Marketing. She is also skilled in Leadership Development, Communications and Training. She has a Master’s Degree from Drew University, and a BA from Whittier College.

Hossein Ghodsi | Product Manager | Hossein is a business analyst and Technical Lead with over 6 years of hands-on experience in analyzing clients’ business needs, designing solutions, streamlining business processes, defining features and implementing web apps for Fortune 500 firms. Hossein’s enthusiasm in startup community encouraged him to join QuiGig to bring his years of technical skills with a global consulting firm to help develop series of products.

Marshall Hitipeuw | Content Manager | Marshall has been working in the freelance economy for years. He began his working working life as an independent pizza delivery driver, and opened his own recycling glass recycling business in 2016 as he was graduating from the University of Houston - Downtown. Marshall currently manages the content production for QuiGig, making sure that current and future users know how the platform works, how the gig economy can help them, and how important it is to get started with QuiGig.

Anil Kumar | e-Commerce Specialist | Anil possesses seven years of experience across E-commerce start-ups as product, business development, operations and Supply Chain Management. SpecAniialties: Operation, Product & Business Development, Supply chain management,  and Vendor Management. Currently he serves as cofounder for Think Start Private Limited, India's best growing IT company that provides businesses with web-based development services. He also oversees Quigig's e-commerce strategy.
