Some coaches are unable to maximize on all the scouting opportunities because of the time-consuming and arduous process. Players
Our modules allow players to create a detailed athletic profile, including all the important criteria a college coach would use to evaluate them. This profile serves as a promotion page for games, tournaments, practices and even individual training sessions. From their dashboards, they can perform search on teams and schools using relevant acceptance criteria such as location and GPA requirements. They will also be notified when scouts are tracking them or are planning to attend their events.

College Coaches and Scouts
Coaches and scouts can create a detailed team profile with contact information and events calendar. Their dashboard allows them to perform real-time, location based searches to help fill roster needs following their set criteria such as location, positions, GPA, graduation year, and many more. Real Time Athletes also allows them to easily sort through viewer profiles and create player watch lists.

High School and Club Coaches
Real Time Athletes also allow high school and club coaches to create profiles for their team, which includes contact information and complete calendar of the events, tournaments and trainings their teams will participate in. They can use their team profiles to promote their team or school to potential scouts. They can also perform searches to fill their own roster needs.

We have rolled out the beta in June 2013 and have used the six months since to gain feedback from users, make enhancements and corrections, as well as smooth out the platform. We rolled out subscription plans in February 2014 and now, we have more than 15,000 users made up of approximately more than 600 colleges, 12,000 players, and more than 2300 teams. We have signed up 6 large and prestigious tournament directors as well as several elite recruiting camps.

FastPitch Recruits
We have started to use our trademarked platform initially in the softball arena, as FastPitch Recruits (FPR), to test how well our platform works and how effective it is for coaches, scouts and athletes. We have been successful in this endeavor and since, many of our competitors have tried—and failed—to copy our system, especially our unique scoring module, which is by far the most popular in out platform.

Proprietary Scoring Module
Our proprietary scoring module allows for unbiased, third-party evaluation of a player’s athletic ability. We have developed a special algorithm that creates a special athletic index that measures scores for specific test areas.

20% Monthly Growth
Today, we are growing by no less than 20% each month in the US with just one sport. We are pitching to expand to baseball, lacrosse and soccer and we have received great response in India, Qatar and Dubai.

Bob is an entrepreneur with a vast experience as an athlete and a travel coach. He is in charge of all of RTA’s operations, ideas, marketing and business development.

He owns PrintWithUs.com, a premiere commercial printing company in the west coast for 25 years. He was also a travel coach for 19 years and owns D1 Edge Training Center. He owns an upscale gym (CoreFIT 24-7) in Cornelius, North Carolina, and has ownership interest in The Shade Hotel and Rock N Fish restaurant in Manhatten Beach, CA.

Prior to these, he was a D1 collegiate athlete for four years.  He graduated with a degree in Marketing from California State University-Long Beach. Since then, he has directly recruited hundreds of athletes into college.

Bhuvana is the Chief Executive Officer at Cyberindigo Net Pvt Ltd. Cyberindigo is a leading software solutions company that has been in business for the past 16 years.

Bhuvana is professionally qualified Cost & Management Accountant and holds a degree in Finance & Business Accounting. Prior to Cyberindigo, Bhuvana held the position of Director for Sales & International Operations at Microworld, Inc. (eScan Security Solutions).

Abhi holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications from University of Pune, India. He has 6 years’ of experience in web-based software development in different technologies.
