Rock N Shock is a fitness facility and program designed for women by women. A majority of workout programs are tailored for men and don’t really suit the needs of a woman; plus there really isn’t a place that women can go and safely and effectively workout. We believe that any woman with proper support and the right regimen can obtain a healthy and fit lifestyle, which is why we created Rock N Shock Fitness! 

The human body is incredibly complex and intricate, and most trainers aren’t qualified to assess a person’s true fitness.

Rock N Shock’s fitness method starts with a health survey and blood workup. First we have to know what’s going on inside of you before we can change what’s on the outside. We’ll discover any allergies, deficiencies, or biological conditions that could affect your regimen and the tailor a system to work for you.

Not only are women’s bodies intrinsically different than men’s, but women also tend to desire different outcomes from their workout regimens. Heavy weight training may be great for men, but it won’t produce the results that most women want.

Rock N Shock utilizes a workout program developed by founder Danielle Miranda called H.I.T.F.I.T. or High Intensity Timed Functional Interval Training. H.I.T.F.I.T. is much safer and more affective than any program on the market. Workouts begin on different levels depending on your ability and then increase in intensity as you develop strength and endurance.

Rock N Shock is opening a woman’s workout facility!

This facility will be a safe place for women to workout in a supportive environment. Members will receive constant attention and group support from other members as well as Rock N Shock Breakers.

Breakers are kind of like trainers, but they are required to have an in-depth knowledge of the human body. Breakers are qualified to recommend meal plans, workout routines, supplements and more. Breakers are people you can rely on to keep you on track, keep you motivated, and keep you moving in the right direction.

The Rock N Shock Fitness facility is a fun and supportive environment for all women at any fitness level! 

Danielle is a graduate of the Ohio State University and is a prior division one collegiate athlete. She has been working with clients for over ten years, reshaping women’s bodies by altering their workout and lifestyle habits. Danielle’s major life passion is working with the human body in a holistic way and helping people to achieve their goals and ultimate fitness. Danielle is also an ex figure competitor and was recently featured in a Columbus fit article.

We are raising $47,500 to help us open an all-women’s Rock N Shock Fitness facility! This fundraise will allow us to renovate the space and buy the equipment necessary to open our doors to you!
