SAFE has developed a robust Digital Health and Connected Diagnostics Platform that enables easy, inexpensive implementation of specialized population health management applications designed to service specific needs of different use cases.

Designed by the former Chief Architect of the CDC, the modular Platform offers an end-to-end solution that combines care automation, telehealth provider services, electronic health record interoperability, claims processing, public health reporting, and Connected Diagnostics capabilities that enable point-of-care (POC) tests to be done at home.

The Platform features a nonlinear model that improves efficiency and a Connected Diagnostics System (CDS) that will enable a wide range of new remote patient care and monitoring applications.

Technology Platform
Our Platform offers an end-to-end solution that combines care automation, telehealth provider services, electronic health record interoperability, claims processing, public health reporting, and Connected Diagnostics capabilities that enable POC tests to be done at home. 

Connected Diagnostics
Building on exclusive technology licenses from Columbia University, we have developed an integrated Connected Diagnostics System, which completes the connected care loop by enabling self collection and real-time digital assessment of rapid diagnostic tests outside of the point of care, coupled with a proprietary system for enabling crowdsourced telehealth provider services at the speed and scale required for population scale adoption.

Telehealth Provider Marketplace
Key to enabling wide-scale adoption of connected diagnostics is the Provider Platform (now in Beta), which enables Uber-like crowdsourcing of telehealth provider services for real-time review of asynchronous consultations and assessment of CDS test results. The marketplace platform supports synchronous and asynchronous telehealth models, ordering confirmatory testing, referrals, and e-prescribing to any licensed pharmacy or Rx delivery platform. AI performance tracking systems, user ratings, and automated sanctions checks enable robust, autonomous quality controls.
