DAVID GROHOL - CO-FOUNDER
Prior to co-founding StepLadder, David was SVP of Business Development at Exigen Capital, a transformational Private Equity firm that invests in carve outs and large cap startups. David also served as the GM of Americas for Mobilium, Inc – a global leader in mobile value added solutions. While there, David launched operations in Latin America and forged partnerships with some of the world’s largest mobile operators. Prior to Roamware, David was VP of Sales for Httprint, Inc. During his tenure, Httprint was named to the 2002 and 2003 (#102) Inc. 500 list of the fastest growing companies in America. In addition, David has held various sales and management roles with Cognos (now IBM), Diffusion (now OpenText) and Verifone.

GRAHAM EDWARDS - CHIEF PRODUCT OFFICER
Graham brings over 30 years of experience in building new technology businesses to his role as an Head of Product at SalonHQ. Most recently, Graham was Chief Operating Officer and Head of Product at Nonstop Administration & Insurance Services, a leading provider of employee benefits. solutions. Prior to Nonstop, Graham was CEO of S3 Technical Solutions (sold to ExpertMarkets in 2012), a founding partner at Brauning, where he worked with a number of large technology leaders as a strategy consultant and with several nimble technology innovators as an interim Chief Executive Officer. Prior to Brauning, Graham directed the business development and investment activities for Intel’s Information Technology group, and was a co-creator of Intel Online Services (a $100M Intel investment). Before Intel, Graham was Vice President of Business Development for Tricord Systems (NASDAQ: TRCD), an $80M publicly traded technology company. Graham was also a senior line consultant for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
Graham holds a BA from Harvard College, where he graduated cum laude.

 

RACHEL MCFARLAND - CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER

Rachel has spent the past 20+ years helping companies ranging from start-ups to global brands set brand strategy, identify / create content, implement marketing strategy and measure success. Previous to SalonHQ, Rachel was the SVP of Marketing at the OutCast Agency where she oversaw strategy & execution across B2B and Consumer markets. Clients included Hot Wheels, Mattel Corp., RSO/US Air Force, CIBC, Intuit Corp., Gap Inc.,and Tanium. Prior to OutCast, Rachel worked at Playboy Enterprises Inc. keeping the digital marketing team hopping. At Playboy she helped launch the company’s first safe-for-work media property and managed the digital / content marketing team for the relaunch of Playboy,com. She also lead partner and social strategy growing Playboy’s media channels to 31 million followers.
