Bradley Hawes - CFO
Is a trained accountant with a track record of scaling small proven companies, improving operational efficiencies, and providing complex loan structures. An analytical problem solver that has taken a company with $10 million in sales to $70 million in two years. Experienced in leading and building teams and procedures to fit operational needs.

Michael Edwards - Head of Development and Data analysis
Former University of Colorado assistant professor and director of the Bioinformatics Core at the Lung Cancer Center  SPORE (Specialized Program of Research Excellence) at the Anschutz Medical Center.  Mike has over 15 years of experience working with array-based genomic studies and analyzing next-generation sequencing data, which includes single cell genomics, whole/exome sequencing and global transcription. Extensively published and provides a workshop program for American Association of Cancer Research (AACR). Mike has a PHD from University of Wisconsin Madison in Genetics, an alum of CSU and University of Texas.

Chris Coldren – Head of Laboratory Facilities
Chris is a PHD bioinformatician and clinical laboratory professional who in the past developed strategies and capabilities for genomic oncology. Mr. Coldren, has provided genomic analysis and design for DuPont MIT, YALE, National Jewish, CU, and  Vanderbilt University. An experienced bioinformatician and clinical laboratory professional. He has overseen the reorganization of multiple genomic core labs under a single management structure.  He has radically improved compliance and cost performance. While a member of the Advanced Genomic Analysis and Research Design (VANGARD) group at Vanderbilt University, he established the “Research Design Studio” at Vanderbilt University.

Lawrence Perle - Head of Management and Marketing
A serial entrepreneur, involved in creating and advising emerging tech companies. Recently raised capital for a cardio diagnostic company.  Knowledgeable in the VC and PE community. History of overseeing company growth from inception to exit. Managed over 300 people at a large reinsurance company.  Managed a multi million marketing budget. Negotiated with the state for 2 mil in Econ development funding. A graduate of University of Denver MBA program.
