Successfully created complex energy software for gas, demand response, and payroll. Deep experience and relationships in power markets since 2002 in the northeastern U.S. and Texas.

Gary Fromer - Executive Chairman
CEO of DCO Energy; builds, owns and operates thermal power plants, ESCO, broker. Affiliated with Jingoli Construction. As senior executive at Exelon/Constellation, Fromer built renewables & efficiency business into a U.S. market leader. Led CPower in demand response, multiple venture rounds, sale to Constellation. Strong ties with private and venture equity.
