Sweetwater Consulting Corporation is a high-tech advanced manufacturing company with a strong focus on automation and sustainable processes.

American-Made? Where?

The world is global economy, and we should support that system by selling more American made products.

We intend to provide a steady source of American-made products that will hopefully be the inspiration that sparks manufacturing across our nation.

Right now, most products are outsourced to overseas suppliers.

We saw in 2020 why that can be a problem.

At the very least, vital pieces of our supply chain need to be made in America.

But how do we get there? How can we achieve the American dream?

Sweetwater Consulting Corporation solves this issue by putting physical plants in the continental United States with the goal of 3D producing any number of products.

We only source our raw materials from inside the United States, allowing us to produce products that are truly, 100% American-made.

Only by making sure that the money our company spends stays with companies that continue to build our American supply chains will ensure that we achieve our sustainability goals.

Why We’ll Lead

We have worked hard to turn our first product, N95 masks, into reality.

With a filter that keeps germs out and protects those who wear it, we provide a superior mask from the start.

And at a replacement fee of just $1, the filters are cost-effective enough for anyone to take advantage of.

In addition to being American-made, we are absolutely focused on the environment the recyclability of other products, as well as the products we are creating.

Most importantly, our company is able to provide these services because of our skilled workforce. Our employees make sure our products meet client specifications and our 3D printers allow us to make those products come to life. Our printer is on average 4 times faster than many others on the market.

Traction & Accomplishments  

Product Development
We have developed our own reusable N95 mask. It is currently undergoing NIOSH approval. Our team has also built our own FDM Delta 3D printer that, on average, is 4x faster than other printers depending on the project and filament material selected. Our printer will soon be certified by the FAA for plane part manufacturing and the FDA for medical devices, including prosthetic, among other vital components.

Customers Love Us
We have already secured local sales of our N95 mask and have received outstanding feedback, especially from the medical community. We are also working to improve mining equipment with a large company from our area with great success so far.

Manufacturing

• Biodefensor- They will supply critical American Made N95 filters to our N95 masks.
• Fabric Factory ¼ inch fabric for mask
• FLSUN- This is our favorite Delta 3D printer to use. It is what we used to print our N95.
• We are working with MCL to help us with labor and our distribution. MCL does over 96 million in freight per year so we trust they can handle our orders. 

Partnerships

• PTAC- This organization specializes in assisting business contracting with the government on all levels
• CFDC- Another organization that will assist us with taking care of certain certifications for equipment requirements like FAA certification and international relations and markets and the grants available to our company for such endeavors
• SBDC- Will assist us with fine-tuning our business model and assist us with finding business funding
• VBOC- This an organization that specializes in veterans getting government contracts
• COEX- This is our primary filament company. They will customize filaments for us and assist us with our research filaments. We are using their brand for TPE, Carbon Fiber Nylon, ABS, PETG, PLA and Polycarbonate.

Intellectual Property

• Our SWN95 is currently undergoing review for patent and NIOSH approval
• Our wishing well printer has not been put forward yet as we are in the final stages of design.
• We have a list if other projects that are under lock and key but are what we call low hanging fruit and will be exploited as other projects become self-sustaining.
• We have established our own digital currency all plans regarding this are only available to privileged share holders.

• Oversees all daily processes and is key in finding investments, government contracts, and is the lead engineer on key projects thus far.
