Banner ads fundamentally haven't changed since inception. The technology still operates based on the old broadcast model with one way communication. They are not a match for today’s sophisticated consumer who expects a responsive and interactive experience. According to Adobe’s research, 68% of consumers reported banners are “Annoying” and 51% stated “Distracting”.

In addition, Microsoft is reporting 22% in fraudulent clicks resulting consumers paying more for products online. The advertising industry is dissatisfied with the insufficiency of banner ads and is seeking a breakthrough. TransAd is ready to deliver!

 

Innovative Transactional Ads

Our patented technology (Patent #10,121,163) offers an in-ad shopping experience that consumers are never forced to leave the page they are on. We offer three types of ads; Lead Generation, Surveys, and eCommerce with a secure direct communication with the advertiser’s shopping cart. Our platform allows for a typical ad design to morph into a smart ad by adding an engine with new intelligent features that are practical, useful, and responsive for consumers. These features offer new engagement tools that have not been available to ad agencies or designers until now.

TransAd also complements and enhances other ad technologies that provide “Intrigue” and "Engage," the first two steps in the conversion process (i.e. retargeting and video ads). However TransAd completes the remaining steps of the conversion process, all within the ad itself. This reduces the number of customers who are lost during transition to landing pages thereby increasing conversion rates.

In-Ad Integration

Our seamless shopping cart integrates directly within the ad, offering various types of transactions for our advertisers. In a few minutes, advertisers are able to use our Ad Builder to choose a template and build an intelligent ad.

For the larger customers (with over $100K budget), they will provide us with their custom designed artwork and we'll add the engine, turning it into a TransAd.

We have identified the top eight shopping cart software companies which represent over one million SMB customers. With strategic partnerships, our software will be integrated with these shopping carts offering complete transparency for the online SMB advertisers.

The software is entirely proprietary, transparent in its functionality, and yet compatible with the current ad delivery infrastructure and compliant with the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) guidelines.

He has 34 years of experience in Information and Internet Technologies. He architected one of the first online shopping carts in 1994. He was also the technology architect to 100s of organizations including, AT&T, TRW, Bank of America, PGA Tour, EMI Music, and Discovery.

Chris Lam, CTO

He has 13 years of experience in software development and Internet operations. He was a technical lead with a startup venture, building a user base from nothing to over 60,000 users. He was also the technology architect to many organizations including Boeing, Fox Sports, ABC, Amazon and Marvel.

Toby Cohantz, COO

He has 20 years of experience as a marketing professional and entrepreneur. He led private investor-funded ventures in entertainment, media, and mobile applications. Toby served as VP of Marketing for Tricastmedia and Glasgow where he provided marketing and sales for the Tricastmedia UI builder platform for mobile phones. He was responsible for developing markets and interfacing with mobile operators Verizon, Virgin and Sprint.
