Andrew Smith - CEO

 


Andrew Smith founded Firefly Consulting Group, a Boynton Beach-based Management Consulting Company specializing in end-to-end Call Center operations and management. Mr. Smith brings over 20 years of sales and management experience in the contact center industry in functions ranging from consulting, strategy & marketing, quality management, training, project management and operations management. Firefly Consulting Group is the primary consulting firm for SSTV and provides all of their call center needs. Mr. Smith also consults for Wide Shot Productions. Wide shot Productions is a multimedia company owned by Wayne Wiggins providing domestic and international media for any size company whether marketing a single product or an extensive campaign for a full catalog of products. Mr. Smith is providing a network of call centers to handle DR commercial sales including inbound and customer service/fulfillment. Mr. Smith has managed projects for the travel, direct response, insurance and medical and tech fields. He has created processes to successfully translate prestigious brands into superior customer experiences that increase satisfaction, loyalty and profitability. Prior to forming Firefly Consulting Group, Mr. Smith acted as Vice President of Firefly Travel Corporation, who now sits as a leader for one of the largest travel consortium's in the nation working with the largest cruise lines, hotels and airlines in the world. Mr. Smith has also owned and/or operated call centers for Blue Green Corp and Radisson. He also helped create the most successful call center operation in Palm Beach County Caribbean cruise lines eventually overseeing three separate mega call centers.


Wayne Wiggins - Media and marketing Officer

 


Mr. Wayne Wiggins has 40 years of extensive experience in film and broadcast television production, advertising and program syndication. He has produced major entertainment, news and sports programs for every major U.S. television network as well as in Europe and Asia. Mr. Wiggins is a two-time Emmy Award Winner and has won 76 Addie’s. He currently owns Wideshot Productions II and Sports Shop TV. Some of his current and past accomplishments include programming and advertising for Fox Television, Discovery, 3D Net, ABC, CBS, NBC, UFC Pay-per-View, Travel Channel, History Channel, MGM Grand, various casinos, Walt Disney World, political conventions, golf classics, Chevrolet Dealers Associations, Ford, Toyota, Lexus, Mexican government, 1984/1988 Super bowl, NFL/NFC playoff games, documentaries, direct response commercials, Corona and Budweiser, National Geographic and more dating back to 1972. Experience includes: • Produced a program for San Do Martial Arts the event was produced in 3-D aired in the US on Fox Television, Discovery and 3D Net • Currently Freelance Director for ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox to direct Football, Basketball, Golf and Baseball • Currently Directs UFC pay-per-view fights. • Produced Travel Promotional programs for the Travel Channel in Mexico; Cancun, Puerto Vallarta, Cabo, Monetary, Mexico City • Produced a documentary for History Channel on the Dutch island of Curacao and its importance to the 18th Century English • Placed Media for Beau Rivage Resort & Casino, Biloxi, Mississippi • Placed commercial media for, Harrah's Rincon Casino and Resort • Directed “Resort Too Cooking” for the Food Network in Kauai Hawaii at the St Regis Resort in Princeville (2011) • Produced Video Presentation for in-house television system, Walt Disney World • Directed television coverage of Republican and Democratic National Conventions • Produced a 15 Minute video presentation for the, Tea Time Golf Classic toraise awareness for Drug & Alcohol Abuse in Palm Beach County, (2011). • Directed 1984 Super Bowl, 1988 Super Bowl • Directed 9 NFL – NFC Playoff Games • Owns over, $3,000,000 in broadcast media inventory tier one and two cable networks. • Has produced and directed over 2,500 Direct Response Commercials. • Directed 6 Documentaries for the BBC • Directs Corona Beer and Budweiser Commercials, (Present)  • Traveled to China for conference with Richard Nixon and Mao, CBS (1972) • Produced four Specials for the, National Geographic Foundation in Africa, England, Germany, France and Egypt. Beth Hawkins - VP

 


Beth Hawkins has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing. Mrs. Hawkins’ greatest strengths are her creativity, drive and leadership. With these strengths, she started a successful small business and grew it to employ over 60 consultants. She thrives on challenges; particularly those that help her and her peers exceed their potential. During her 7.5 year tenure as an independent sales representative with a multi-level marketing based company, she achieved top sales and recruiting status in her region for 5 years. Her drive and passion is tied to her ability to stir up the status quo and make people take notice. These qualities made her a powerful leader and attributed to strong sales and marketing performance. Beth holds a B.A. in Communications from George Mason University. Over the past 4 years Mrs. Hawkins has become an active fundraiser and most recently an employee for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society through the Team In Training program, providing social media support for the Southeast US Region.


Diane Fish - COO

 


.Diane has been a professional travel consultant since 1979. She has been in Florida since 1983 having moved from New Jersey where she worked for American Express Travel Services (the second largest travel agency in the country) which handled the Miss America Pageant’s travel and the Casino Executives from Atlantic City, NJ. Her desire was to work for the Airlines out of high school and today she owns an exclusive Worldwide Travel Agency, Twin Fish Interline Travel, which provides all Airline employees, U.S. Military families, Police Department, Fire Department and the National Air Traffic Controllers Association industry reduced rate travel benefits. Her commitment and dedication is to serve this niche is in addition to the general public so they save money, time and take advantage of rates that cannot be shopped online. The internet is a great tool when looking up information, but you want a expert travel agent when booking your vacations. It is like having a good accountant or doctor to provide you great service, sound advice, and a few perks along the way that the internet or the supplier does not provide. She specializes in family reunions, group departures, weddings and is very involved with “Travel and Cruise for Charity”. These programs were developed to help charitable organizations earn funds through the sale of travel in the local community. In 2007 she was hired away from her business to work in call center for one of the top agencies in the country and help with business development. Her current passion is in teaching and coaching individuals to be excellent travel consultant from home. She has spent the last three years working with mom’s part time who wanting to bring home money to help out at home especially since she is a pioneer doing this herself back in 1995. One lesson she knows well is “All things are possible when you believe in yourself, put the effort forward, and do a stand up job with the up most integrity”.


Steven Schwartz - VP

 


Mr. Schwartz has many years’ experience in both Operations & Customer Service management. He was Operations Manager for Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC a world famous 110 year old non-profit. In this position Steve was responsible for Reception, Mailroom, Facilities Conference Room management and security. Prior to this he was Customer Service and Sales Manager for Old Merchants Mortgage Bankers a top local player in the Long Island mortgage market. Mr. Schwartz has experience as a Lead Generation Supervisor for a top notch Travel & Cruise company and was responsible for making sure the prospects were properly vetted before sale. Steven also has relevant experience as a HR Manager in Health Care as well as progressively responsible experience on Wall Street as a HR/Payroll Analyst & Operations Analyst.
