Voilà Chocolat makes creating your own chocolates as customizable as selecting individual blossoms for a bouquet and as interactive as a cooking class taught by a world-class chef.  We give our customers an experience they will never forget, showing them how to create high-quality fine chocolate while sharing a fun, meaningful and creative experience with family, friends, colleagues or that special someone.

Voilà Chocolat is an innovative retail experience that allows customers to take part in the creative process of making customized, one-of-a-kind chocolates that are delicious and unique – both for personal consumption and for gift giving.

Voilà Chocolat has a uniquely tailored chocolate creativity process that enables a regular consumer to make exquisite chocolate confections with minimal guidance, and allows the full experience (from creating to decorating to packaging) to be completed in as little as one hour of engaging, fun creation.  With this process we will offer:

Chocolate Health Benefits

Treating yourself to a small amount of dark chocolate regularly has health benefits beyond what you might think:

Chocolate Decreases Stroke Risk. Women who ate more than 45 grams of chocolate a week had a 20 percent lower risk of stroke than women who treated themselves to fewer than 9 grams of the sweet stuff.

Chocolate Boosts Heart Health. Regular chocolate eaters welcome a host of benefits for their hearts, including lower blood pressure, lower "bad" LDL cholesterol and a lower risk of heart disease.

Chocolate Fills You Up. Because it's rich in fiber, dark chocolate can actually help keep you full, so you'll eat less.

Chocolate May Fight Diabetes. A small Italian study from 2005 found that regularly eating chocolate increases insulin sensitivity, thereby reducing risk for diabetes.

We will have the first-mover advantage in creating a “make your own chocolate” concept. We have conducted 8 months of R&D and used this feedback to create a modified chocolatiering process suited for retail consumer experiences.  We have created a standardized teaching and learning process that will ensure a consistent, repeatable delivery of a very high-quality chocolate and a fun customer experience, which can then be scaled across multiple stores.
