No one likes to wait for a healthcare appointment but wait is all patients do. Healthcare providers have open appointment time slots due to cancellations, no-show and rescheduled appointments. Doctors and other healthcare providers can’t solve this problem on their own -- they’re too busy seeing patients, often with a list a mile a long. But when a cancellation occurs, then what!? It’s time for these two to come together -- patients wanting to be seen sooner and earlier available time slots. WaitLess Medical achieves just that, making it possible for patients to see medical professionals sooner than their originally scheduled appointment while enabling providers to fill open time slots.

Unfortunately, cancellations happen. Sometimes people don't show at all, and other times they have to reschedule to another day and time.

Support staff may attempt to resolve this by calling patients based on a manual waitlist, but that's a time-consuming and costly process that yields poor results. It is administratively burdensome.

Some healthcare providers utilize digital waitlists which notify multiple patients multiple times without regard to their availability -- this results in patient frustration and dissatisfaction with providers. Lower patient satisfaction scores are a major concern of providers and often negatively impact reimbursement.

Patient Enters Wish List Parameters
Patients with exisiting appointments enter their preferred days/times on the WaitLess Medical platform.

Patient Gets In Sooner
WaitLess notifies the patient of an earlier available appointment at their preferred day/time. The patient confirms acceptance from a mobile device or PC and both provider and patient get notified of the match.

Provider Keeps A Full Schedule
With a few simple clicks, the WaitLess Medical solution keeps a provider’s schedule full with patients looking for earlier available appointments.
