Kenny Perkins | VP of Design and Development

Jake Smith | Lead Engineer 

  • Oversees testing and analysis, as well as business development efforts for Windpact engineering team
  • Successfully led Windpact’s development efforts for Dept. of Defense and NFL grant contracts 
  • Spent three years working in the Virginia Tech Helmet Research Lab, which develops VT STAR ranking standards
  • Holds an undergraduate degree in engineering and an MS in biomedical engineering from Virginia Tech

  • Supports tactical execution of big-picture strategies and initiatives
