Windpact: Fast Facts

Key Highlights

Windpact is a leader in the digital transformation of product development, providing targeted solutions for anyone and everyone that creates products.

Seeking Better Solutions

BILLIONS of dollars and YEARS of time are WASTED
by INEFFICIENT & ITERATIVE product development processes, limiting innovation.

With the pressure to expedite and optimize product development, companies are turning to digital solutions.

In fact, companies will spend nearly $2 TRILLION to DIGITALLY TRANSFORM their processes in 2022.

The tech problem is a human problem that demands the better solutions that Windpact provides.

Technology and Expertise
that Drive Optimal Solutions

WE CREATE ADVANCED SOFTWARE TOOLS
that bridge the gap between product function and product design, improving efficiency across every stage of development from design to prototyping to manufacturing.

WE CREATE DYNAMIC MATERIAL DATA
collected via a proprietary characterization method to allow for deeper digital analysis of materials used in products ranging from airplanes to shoes.

WE PROVIDE COMPUTER MODELING & SIMULATION
powered by our unique dynamic data to create truly custom, optimized solutions via accurate computer simulations with minimal physical prototyping and testing, saving time and costs.

WE PROVIDE DESIGN & ENGINEERING SUPPORT
functioning as an extension of our partners’ design and development teams to leverage all of our software tools, technologies, and processes, promoting collaboration.

Windpact's Key Features

Unique Material Data
We accurately measure dynamic material properties through a proprietary characterization process originally developed for NASA and adopted by Windpact to enhance product development. Our data fuels many of our software tools and the development of our technologies.

Advanced Software Tools
Our unique data fuels powerful design and manufacturing software tools used by design and engineering teams, adding capabilities that may never have existed otherwise.

Simulation-Driven Design
Our accurate data feeds predictive models, unlocking the ability to tune material properties within computer models to optimize real-world performance.

Novel Technologies
With our own data, tools, and processes, we develop novel technologies such as the patented Crash Cloud. This makes us a strong innovative entity and our developed technologies can be commercialized across various industries alongside commercial partners.
