Windpact: Fast Facts

Seeking Better Solutions

Getting to the heart of complex solutions means extensive and expensive product development cycles.

This involves iterative design-build-test-learn cycle challenges, especially for high-performance products.

At Windpact, we believe there is a better way.

The tech problem is a human problem that demands a better solution.

Technology and Expertise
that Drive Optimal Solutions

WE CREATE ADVANCED SOFTWARE TOOLS
that bridge the gap between performance and design, enabling advanced manufacturing technologies such as 3D printing.

WE CREATE DYNAMIC DATA & ACCURATE CAE
by understanding how materials truly perform to feed virtual design and simulations, unlocking powerful influence on product design to create a truly custom, optimized solution.

WE PROVIDE DESIGN &
ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT

functioning as an extension of our partners’ design and development teams. Our solutions can be optimized and integrated into partners’ products for commercialization.

Whether you use our software to solve in-house design challenges or engage us to develop technologies and build a product from scratch, Windpact is always on the cutting-edge of product development.

Windpact's Key Features

Unique Material Data
We accurately measure dynamic material properties through a proprietary characterization process originally developed for NASA and adopted by Windpact to enhance product development. Our data fuels our software tools and the development of our technologies.

Advanced Software Tools
Our unique data fuels powerful design and manufacturing software tools used by design and engineering teams, adding capabilities that may never have existed otherwise.

Simulation-Driven Design
Our accurate data feeds predictive models, unlocking the ability to tune material properties within computer models to optimize real-world performance.

Novel Technologies
With our own data, tools, and processes, we develop novel technologies such as the patented Crash Cloud. This makes us a strong innovative entity and our developed technologies can be commercialized across various industries alongside commercial partners.

Making an Impact

Product development |  In the development of our Crash Cloud technology, we discovered that our unique material data fuels software tools and leads to the creation of novel technologies, allowing us to redefine the entire product development paradigm.

Partners in innovation | We have drafted a world-class team of subject matter experts including establishment of a vast network of university partners, factory and manufacturing partners globally.

Customer acceptance | We have collaborated with some of the most innovative and tech-savvy organizations in the world from the Department of Defense (DoD) to the National Football League to Fortune 10 companies in the automotive and additive spaces. Our partners, like EvoShield, value our material data, our software tools, and innovative technologies to support their product design challenges.

Media attention | We have received media attention from a variety of outlets including the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Morgan Stanley’s podcast, LinkedIn, NFL.com, the Military Times and the Washington Post.
