The military provides a housing allowance to a service member based on their rank, time in service, and whether or not they have dependents. In addition to the proximity search, Youlist will integrate this pay chart into its search function. When the service member selects their specific rank, time in service, and whether or not they have dependents during their registration process, the search will be tailored to their specific housing allowance. An indicator will show when a selected property is above, equal to, or below the members housing allowance thereby giving the service member an educated choice when it comes to their home search. This is a unique feature that is not currently found on any other real estate home search for the military.

Another key feature of Youlist is called listing syndication. Listing syndication enables Youlist to send our user's listings to other real estate listing websites. By listing a property with Youlist, a user will have the added advantage of having his or her property uploaded to many popular real estate websites automatically by only using one service. This allows a user to achieve maximum exposure, with little effort.

Our Craigslist uploader is yet another key feature that sets Youlist apart from the competition. A user's property listing is our product. Youlist can generate HTML code for our listings, then the user can copy this code and paste it into Craigslist, which will generate a custom template with information and photos of the listing. When a potential buyer or someone searching for property clicks on the listing on Craigslist, they will be redirected back to the Youlist page of the listing. A user can renew this ad on craigslist as often as allowed, there by taking a proactive approach with their listing. This can be done several times a day so that a users property can always stay near the top of the listings on craigslist, achieving the most exposure possible.

Social media integration is another feature that eases the use of Youlist. Logging in and registering utilizing Facebook and or Twitter accounts keeps the process simple and fast. YouList.net is a startup global real estate listing and searching service to be launched this year. It's primary goal is to allow its users to market their listings and search for potential new properties in the most efficient manner possible. Individuals or agents from around the world will be able to market their properties for sale, rent, or vacation. YouList will provide special search tools for military members that will enhance their abilities to make educated and informed decisions about their housing arrangements in the United States and abroad.

The operation of the company will be under the direction of Joseph Freeman, a 40 plus year veteran of the real estate industry and Justin Freeman, an experienced residential and commercial broker. IT operations and website management will be directed by Steve Ellinwood, a 10 year veteran of the information technology industry.
