This week we highlight smartsy, an incredible object recognition and marketing platform that has gained partnerships with some of the biggest brands in the world.

smartsy is an engagement marketing platform and object recognition technology that identifies products in the pictures that consumers take, automatically connecting them to relevant internet content related to the product, including product information, promotions and discounts, social communities and mobile commerce portals.

smartsy has worked with some of the top brands, agencies, and media outlets in the world already, and there’s no denying that smartsy gets results. Volkswagen saw a 14% increase in test drives as a result of images snapped via smartsy , and Red Bull achieved an unprecedented 100% engagement among registered users. Smartsy’s current portfolio of partner brands includes L’Oreal, Louis Vuitton and Schneider Group, and the team is in advanced talks with senior management at Clear Chanel, Conde Nast, DuJour Media, Hennessy, USPS, Walgreens and many more to expand their list of partner brands.

Since their launch this Spring, smartsy has seen 300% month to month growth. The smartsy management team is composed of seasoned professionals and serial entrepreneurs with expertise in information technologies, communication, telecommunications, and marketing. Having already seen success abroad, smartsy is currently working to ramp up marketing and increase their footprint within the US.
