UAS Drone has entered into an exclusive manufacturing, sales & distribution agreement with Havis, Inc., the nationwide leader in work flow products for law enforcement vehicles with over 80 years in the business. Under this agreement, Havis will be the exclusive manufacturer of the Company’s commercial drone products for the law enforcement sector in the United States.
Additionally, Havis will sell and distribute UAS Drones nationwide using the recognized Havis name brand, through their 22 factory sales representatives and 110 independent dealers currently serving over 38 State Police departments, 67 major city departments, and 79 county departments. This is just the beginning of their mission to put drone technology at the disposal of law enforcement departments nationwide.
To date, UAS Drone Corp. has raised over $200k through an SEC registered IPO; and as they enter into this agreement, they plan to use their funds to train the sales force, ramp up manufacturing, and secure initial sales.
